Located in the Central District, close to the popular Carretería Street and one of the citys most popular historical markets, the Salamanca Market, with its beautiful monumental façade. Walking distance to all museums, monuments, and the main streets of the center. Fully equipped, it has air conditioning (cold/heat) in the living room and bedrooms. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, smart TV, and free WIFI.

Walking distance to all the citys museums, monuments, and attractions. The area has numerous local shops and supermarkets.

HOW TO GET AROUND:

It is within walking distance of all monuments and museums near the historic Salamanca Market and the Rando Museum, as well as the popular Carretería Street. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the central bus and train stations.

THINGS TO NOTE:

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only on the two terraces.

CHECK IN: Check innbsp;is from 3:00 PM, but we strive to accommodate our guests at their requested time upon request.

PETS: Pets are welcome; the owners will be responsible for the animals welfare and any damages they may cause. House and community rules must be observed. A cleaning fee of €20 per pet will be charged upon arrival. We can provide a bed and feeding bowl upon request.
