The apartment was centrally located, clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and I particularly liked the smooth check-in process. The smart locks work really well!
It would have been nice to have a few basics in the property e.g. olive oil, water, coffee, as I was only staying two nights.

Location, close to the city centre, cafes, restaurants, museums, shops. Facilities in the apartment are very good.
The sofa bed / lounge settee has obviously been well used and could be replaced. When other residents are coming and going late at night it can be very loud in the complex. Other guests should be encouraged to be more aware that sounds travels!
