Very central , good space
Three flights of stairs to access
Apartment could do with an update esp kitchen
Middle bedroom window kept opening especially with a strong wind made sleeping very difficult and cold

Good location and communication from owner
The apartment is very basic. It was clean but had a broken bathroom lock, chipped/broken kitchen floor tiles, burn marks on the kitchen worktop and a strong ‘drain’ smell in the bathroom that we had to leave the toilet seat down so the smell couldn’t be smelt elsewhere in the apartment.
Access is also up 3 flights of very steep stairs (actually 6 flights of stairs) as the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a very old building - this is not stated in the description!
