Comfortable- lots of space and helpful to have the kitchen

Great place in a great location

The place was very nice and clean, well equipped, the location excellent and the host communicated all the details timely. Overall, a good value for the money!

Nice apartment, but serious issue with deposit refund

The apartment itself was very good. It was clean, comfortable, and the facilities and amenities were all in good condition. The location was also fine for me, about a 10–15 minute walk to where I wanted to be. Overall, the stay itself would have been an 8/10 or 9/10 experience.

The main problem was the 100 EUR deposit, especially the refund. After I checked out, I waited three weeks and still had not received my deposit back. I only got it after I remembered it and contacted the property myself. If I had forgotten, I doubt I would ever have seen that money again. For me, that is unacceptable. If they can contact you several times before check-in to ask for the deposit, they should be able to refund it promptly once everything is confirmed to be fine, without you having to chase them. This experience left a very sour taste and is the reason for my low rating. Also, be aware that there is no reception, so if you arrive in Málaga before check-in time, you will need to find another place to store your luggage.

The room had a musty smell, it was really hot, but there was an air conditioner.

Close to the main attractions and lots of caffès around.

Strange check-in procedure as owner asked to send pictures of ID cards, even to sign some online link with my own signature. Also there is only one window in the ceiling overlooking someone’s balcony ( it is indicated in the description ) . As it is in the basement, it smells musty.

Nice and clean apartment, easy to get to by car and in walking distance from where things are happening in Málaga. A very cozy and lively bar/café 200 m from the apartment

The bed wasn’t stable and with every move whole bed was moving, the bedsheet was dirty and was ripped at some places. Most of the time was cold water, the warm water finished in the middle of taking the shower Before check in you need to pay 100€ for deposit The only good thing was location

The location. That’s it.

The room didn’t have a table, which was why I booked it, since I work remotely. Between the deposit they haven’t given back yet and the fact that I had to pay a coworking space, this is no longer a budget option. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, they didn’t even offer shampoo. The room had no direct sunlight at all.

Perfect and lovely

Perfect little app. in Malaga center. Just a 5 minute walk and you’re at the square. The studio was very clean, airconditioning and kitchen are good. And the manager/ service was very fast and helpful. Would love to come back!

Location

Bed and bedding are in need of changing but overall it was fine. However there is a serious issue with this companies deposit scheme. It was going to cost me a round trip of 160k and £25 to send their deposit of 100 euros which they insisted has to be done by bank transfer. My nearest bank is 80 kilometres and the bank would only do this in person. After many messages, emails and a lot of stress I managed to convince them to allow me to do it via PayPal. It has taken several messages and prompting to get the deposit back but finally 8 days from checkout I have it returned. I would never use this company again because if this. There must be a better way

Great value for money

Very quiet at night , bins emptied at 11pm then silence. The proprietor Antonio is very helpful. Supermarket 5 mins walk , City Centre 10 mins walk. Good kitchen, fantastic shower.

It was close to the city center. The deposit was given in cash, this was more trustable.

It wasn't very clean, the sheets had spots and there were a lot of ants. There was a weird smell, especially in the bathroom.

Awesome apartment near Malaga center

Great little apartment near the city center. Everything was in walking distance. The kitchen was fully equipped, it even had a coffee machine. The AC managed to cool the room even when outside was very hot. Self check in process was easy.

Terrible experience!!! Not recommended under any circumstances !!!

Firstly - they take 100 eur deposit, but don’t refund it ! In hotel rules deposite will be returned during the 7 days after leaving. ( apartment was in good condition after we left) You may text them several times, ask what’s the problem… No explanations , no answers, no refund… only silence… ( you can only contact them with messages in whatsapp/ no call! ) They steale your money!!! -in bathroom horrible toilet smell,the whole apartment stank. -There was no place to hang wet towels or etc. to dry… -no ventilation -sound isolation is non-existent,you hear absolutely all- the neighbors talk, movement in the corridor, etc. like in the next room. You can only sleep with earplugs. -the view from the tiny window was courtyard 3 white walls. ( It was room with window 2 floor) -during 9 day stay towels and bed covers were never changed and no cleaning service. -no spare toilet rolls( 1 roll for courtesy) spare trash bags and basic cooking support ( salt/pepper) -wifi signal was very low or rather non-existent. Smart tv was , but tv remote batteries were dead …

Poor sound isolation, very basic stay.

The location is super excellent, 10 mins of walking and your are in downtown. I wouldnt say its a beatiful area, quite ugly, but very conveniently located.

Sound isolation is a nightmare. You literally hear every conversation at the street, every passing car. I had to use ear plugs during all the staying. Equipment I so basic, no tea pot. Oven is hard to operate. No glasses. Usually wine glasses are provided. The communication with the owner is only available during working hours, so you will get stuck with your issue for the whole weekend. During 10-day stay I had just 1x exchange of towels . No spare towels provided. Advance deposit of 100€ via PayPal is something that left be worried during the whole staying, maybe due to poor communication and too many house rules. Ah, and the record with the camera just at the entrance to the room, which make you feel weird and uncomfortable. I’m not even sure it’s legal.

The staff very rude, no helping with the booking or accommodation, baggage or anything. WhatsApp answers take too long. Very bad customer guidance and attention. The property was close to a bad zone, we’re you find no good people and you walk in fear through the neighborhood.

Good location, comfortable beds. The room is big enough, the bathroom too.

Firstly, after paying a €100 damage deposit and asking several times if the money was received and if everything with the booking was ok, I got a reply AFTER 5 DAYS. I thought I was being tricked or deceived because there was one day left before the trip. We left the room in perfect condition, but I didn't get the deposit until I asked for it. Then they sent it right away. If I hadn't asked for it, would they have sent it to me? Second, it said "skylight window" and I was imagining an attic room, but there was no sky to be seen. The room was underground and there was NO FRESH AIR. There was a very unpleasant smell of stale and damp air. And last but not least - there was a bucket with a mop in the wardrobe next to the clothes; we saw disgusting large cockroaches; no bedside sockets and no bedside lamps.

Great place off season to work from Malaga, but in season is not worth it, better stay at a hotel.

I really enjoyed the location and how nice the room was furnished. The french balconies were also great.

There's not much I did not like maybe other than the bathroom keeping a drain smell in most of the time due to poor ventilation.

Excellent location and value for money

Excellent location, 5 min walk to all bars and shops. It's in a quiet area so no noise during the night The apartment was exceptionally clean and because we were arriving so late the even left us water and food which was amazing. They also organised a taxi from the airport. Really lovely hosts.

There was some small things which could have made our stay much better. Please upgrade your pillows, they were so flat and my request for more was not seen. There is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom or elsewhere in the apartment. More towels please, 1 per person but no hand or hair towel.

there is a big gym and a busy road in front of the structure so always noise .. the bed creaks, the sheets was old and dirty, the very slow wi-fi connection only took one line and was often disconnected .. it was terrible

Could be done more work specially if you go with children. All doors in building make a lot of noise.And is more about to say but doesn’t matter now my mistake I should read more feedback about this property
