I really liked the location,very near the center ,clean,and has everything we needed
The way to get the keys from office and go to find appartement was hard especially that we had suitcases and they are in different places.
The office should change that way to make it easier for customers.

The bed was comfy but the pillows were not.
The facilities were sufficient although the coffee machine leaked
The outside street was littered and dirty and the bedroom was over the drive to the garage

Vaig enviar 2 correus perquè no havien retornat la fiança, i res, ningú es va preocupar de fer el seguiment.
Despres de 12 dies vaig trucar per telèfon i la noia que em va atendre va fer l'ingrés de la fiança en el moment.
Tot i que es va disculpar, es poc professional i molt negligent que el client s'hagi de preocupar del retorn de la fiança.
