About this apartment rental
Wonderful CENTRAL apartment: 70 m² + 40 m² private garden with a children's pool. 1 bedroom + 2-person sofa bed in the living room.Welcome coffee and pastry, crib + mattress, high chair, hot/cold air conditioning in every room, optional parking at the house.65" Smart TV and all appliances: iron with ironing board, clothesline, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, range hood, microwave, foosball table. I’m a photographer; the pictures on the walls are my own, some of which have won national awards

- 2 smoke detectors for fire safety
- Convenient private parking space in the building. If the parking space is used, there is an additional cost of €15 per day.

It’s a very quiet neighborhood both day and night; there are hardly any bars right below the building, but since breakfast is included, you can enjoy it at your leisure in our large 40 m² garden. Two blocks back, there are cafes and supermarkets, dollar stores, etc.
Andrés Beach is about a 15-minute walk away
Just 50 m away is a street called Juan de Austria, which has all kinds of services, seafood restaurants, large supermarkets, and all kinds of shops. We also have parking available; we have a large garage space inside our building, which is optional, It costs 15 € per day, and you can drive directly up to the apartment from the parking space
It’s 5 minutes from the historic center and 5 minutes from El Corte Inglés, the building is in a quiet area with all kinds of amenities
—since it’s a very quiet neighborhood, there aren’t any noisy bars on the street nearby, but 30 meters away on Juan de Austria Street, there are coffee shops, bars, and large supermarkets that are also open on Sundays, as well as Asian convenience stores, restaurants, etc.
For long stays, if you need the apartment cleaned or your laundry done, the guest is responsible for the cost, which is 12€ per hour
