Localização próxima ao centro e boa relação qualidade-preço.
O apartamento não é bem isolado, ouvimos imenso barulho dos vizinhos. Para as pessoas que ficaram no sofá-cama, não haviam lençóis. Não havia também toalhas para 4 pessoas. Deixo a nota que a porta da entrada só abre com chave do lado de dentro. No dia da saída devem ter em atenção a isso, pois se deixarmos a chave dentro do apartamento, não conseguem sair do prédio.

The room was as noted in the photos. Very basic but had all the amenities that were listed.
The neighborhood was not great at all. It's very close to Centro but I should have done more research on the area because I didn't feel comfortable walking around at night. While just across the "river" is very nice and pleasant.
The AC was also very poor. Even on high, it barely cooled the room down. It was only in the living room and the bedroom was very hot.
