Poor experience. Location only saving factor

Location

Noise from the street meant two sleepless nights. Window doesn’t close properly to block out noise. Couldn’t get through main gate on arrival, Susi quite rude when phoned.

Nice and spacious apartment with good furnishing and equipment.

No toiletries in the bathroom and not enough towels lack of basic consumables in the kitchen, such as oil and vinegar

Great stay with very helpful staff to answer any questions.

Very spacious and had all the facilities you need and more. Very easy to access and very good value for money. Very near old town so in a good location for nights out.

The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the main beach area which became a bit tedious but was not the end of the world.

Location was very central by the market and the main square. Plenty of restaurants and just opposite a convenience store. Lifts available in the building and fairly disabled user friendly.

Great apartment is really great :)

It is new, located in the city center. It has a lot of space and it is celan. My apartment had two air conditions. It has a lot of helpful things, washing maschine also. Very good value for the money.

Little problems with checking in, I hope it was an honest mistake. If they repeat it, give them a bad mark. For now, they are ok.

Disappointing

Spacious appartment

Appartment is very hard to find (street number was missing in confirmation and no sign or anything on the house) we had to text and call before finding the right door. In addition we had to wait for over 1.5 hours in the heat as they mixed up our reservation. Very noisy in the early morning due to a big construction right in front of the building. No information for check-out, in general hard to get any information.

Gran ubicacion y relacion precio calidad!

La ubicacion del departamento es excelente, esta cerca de la estacion y del centro.

En la publicacion no aclara que en realidad son dos departamentos. Como eramos un grupo grande las puertas estaban abiertas ya que habia una segunda puerta que manteniamos con llave, en 3 ocasiones ingreso la chica de limpieza sin pedir permiso ni saludar ya que se encontraba dentro un armario que habia en este espacio en comun entre los pisos. Si la puerta esta con llave, deberia tocar la puerta y esperar ya que entro antes de que abra la misma. En ninguna parte aclara que no es un solo piso asi que a tener en cuenta por un tema de seguridad en caso de ser una familia. Las mascotas tienen un plus de 17€ por estadia lo cual fue informado al segundo dia de estadia a pesar de haber reservado dos meses antes.

Alojamiento muy bueno, repetiremos!

Apartamentos muy amplios, cómodos y limpios. Con aire acondicionado en dormitorios y salón, genial para los días tan calurosos de verano.

El portero automático no funcionaba, llegamos muy tarde y tuvimos que esperar a que algún vecino pasase para que nos abriesen la puerta del portal. Por lo demás, todo genial!
