The apartment is in a very good location, everything is easily accessible on foot. Communication and access to the apartment were easy. Very clean and nice.
It was very, very cold in the apartment. The floor was also cold, our feet were cold. We left the windows open during the day to let the heat in. There was no heating.
The door was very difficult to open. We could hear everyone pulling and banging on the door the whole time. On the last night, we couldn't even open the door. Only late at night, after many attempts, did we manage to get into the apartment.
There is no place to store clothes. There are only 6 hangers. We couldn't unpack our clothes anywhere, we had to leave them in the suitcase.
It would be necessary for the owner to spend a night in the apartment to experience the problems himself.

Comfortable bed, spacious place, very good location. It has a fridge, toaster, oven, washing machine, easy self check in and out.
Some maintenance is needed.
The shower needs fixing, it leaks and the floor has some give once you step on it, which is not reassuring.
Also the toilet is not properly secured to the floor and moves slightly.
The drawer in the bedroom is tilted downward so objects fall off of it.
The entrance door of the building gets stuck on opening and closing, you can hear other tenants slamming it at every hour.

Perfect location in the city center, smooth communication with the host. Spacious apartment, great also for a longer stay.
It can get quite noisy at night from the street cleaning crew, but closing all the windows tight solves the problem.

Exceptionally central and easy to reach from both bus and train stations. The space is naturally well-ventilated and filled with abundant natural light, and features a convenient washing machine alongside a spacious kitchen
The apartment did not match the interior shown on Booking.com. The original photos suggested a well-balanced, semi-curated space with a neutral, modern feel, but the actual interior was dated and fell short of expectations.
The bathroom layout is impractical and difficult for two people to use at the same time. The bed was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle, while the sofa is bulky and not suitable for relaxing. General maintenance was lacking, including basic upkeep like replacing clock batteries and providing a sufficient set of drink-ware (at least four of each item).
Overall, the space suffers from poor planning and lacks clear definition. While the location is convenient, I would not recommend it for a couple/ staycation.
