Localização excelente. Perto de tudo em um lugar com rápido acesso às ruas principais. O apartamento corresponde ao solicitado. Aparência de novo, bem conservado. Sala espaçosa. Quartos amplos, confortáveis. Dois banheiros. Voltaria com certeza como minha 1o opção. Acho difícil encontrar um apto com um estado de conservação tão bom quanto esse. A sala é muito iluminada.
Na cozinha eu gosto de fogão com 4 bocas. O fogão é de 2 bocas (indução). Mas não é nada demais. Só que gosto de cozinhar e ai, 4 bocas ajuda muito.

I liked everything about the property.
There was a power cut and we were all in the dark and kids felt scared around the property. I had to think quick and restart the power for the mains lights to comeback again. Looks like the loss of power was due to a lot of power outage.

Las camas son muy incómodas , colchones muy blandos . Había suciedad en las paredes , salpicones , y en la cocina los manteles individuales estaban sucios , no había trapos ni servilletas

The location is great, and they made an early check-in possible, which we really appreciated. The customer service was excellent, with fast and efficient communication via WhatsApp.
The beds were extremely awful — very old and heavily used, which made sleeping uncomfortable. There were only two rolls of toilet paper provided for a 5-day stay, which was clearly insufficient. There was also no coffee machine available. In addition, the air conditioning had a leakage problem, and water was flowing into the room.
