It was presented as a hotel but hidden in the small print it said “annex building” which was not obvious at the booking stage. Turned out to be a KM away in a noisy street with all the shutters down for privacy and noise reduction. So gloomy and dark. Nothing like the pictures showing balconies and roof top area.

If you don't mind taking out garbage and cleaning up after yourself, this will be a good place to stay in. You have to make your own bed and wash your own towels if you want fresh ones.

Not what is advertised . Worst ever experience. Apartment is in below standard condition. Sofa and floor got holes. Vanity around the Bathroom sink was cheap and in a terrible condition. Toaster provided burn toasts. Sylvia who I was initially communicating stop responding to my messages on watsapp and through Expedia just after three days of our stay. Hot water doesn’t work in the kitchen. No soap to wash clothes provided. Extremely noisy residents in the building. Not value for money and not advisable to stay with family. Horrible horrible service . Will never recommend anyone to stay.

Clear check in instructions, clean and comfortable. It was a double apartment and had everything 2 folk would need. Plus little extras like washing up liquid, shampoo etc. The only awkward thing for me was that I was asked to pay using an IBAN transfer which I've never done before so I was a little uncertain. However after I'd delved into it, it was all straightforward and went through without a hitch.

The stay was excellent, the house was fully furnished( stove, wash machine, wardrobe,TV, and aircon), it was clean and comfortable. The location is also good, there were a few shops close to the apartment, and the beach was 25-30 min walk through the town centre. I was very pleased with the stay

The apartment was great, location excellent. 10 - 15 mins walk over the bridge to the old town, 15 -20 mins to the beach. The apartment had everything you could need, microwave , oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, toiletries, hairdryer, toaster, kettle........Fantastic terrace on the roof to laze in the sun especially the evening sun. Beautiful church next door whose bells did ring but finished about 10:00pm. We had a really good short stay

The hotel is nothing like the pictures posted on the site. There is no proper check in process, no elevator and the reception barely speaks English. The units are old dark and dirty. It's definitely not a three star.

We loved this apartment. They had just finished cleaning the unit when we arrived. Very nice front staff during check in. Unit is very spacious, fully furnished, has ac/heat, and great WiFi. The unit is very close to plenty of attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this place you can’t beat the price!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had all we needed for our stay, including large fridge /freezer, microwave , hob, washing machine,TV and air conditioning. There was a lovely roof terrace with sunbeds, parasols and tables, on the ground level there was a shady area with sofas. The apartments are 5 minutes from the historic centre where there are also numerous restaurants, bars, shops etc. They are an easy 10-15 minute walk to the train station and then 12 min journey to the airport. The concierge was always very pleasant and helpful. Local area quiet and safe.

This apartment block is within walking distance of old Malaga. It's not a trendy or touristy part of town, but it is safe, with department stores and local bars within minutes, especially if you don't want to be with the hoardes. The Ladies who run the block are fastidious on cleanliness and if you are the adventurous type, but want a clean safe place, with a brill roof terrace, then book ! I see other reviews on the church next door. The bells do not ring constantly, just for service. OK, in festival time, more services, but that's why you visit these places ! It's a real church for locals - be tolerant and enjoy, it's not like the bells ring every hour or at dawn or midnight .....

Was very pleasantly surprised by this apartment. Excellent check in procedure with friendly helpful staff. Great apartment, modern clean, good facilities. Wifi not brilliant but no big deal. Lovely roof garden and in great position for the historical centre as it is only a 15min walk away. Very good take away places nearby, must mention Holiday Kebab bar restaurant and takeaway C/Jaboneros Local 1, where you can get excellent value food. Only slight down side is that there is a church next door and some people might not like the bells, however did not bother us too much.

We stayed for 3 days and was really surprised with the excellent value and condition of the apartment. Don't worry about the location as some have been negative, it's clean and safe with easy acces to shops and the old town. Will use the apartment again.

We enjoyed our stay in these apartments. The central location was handy for bars, restaurants and attractions of Malaga. Our favourite 2 restaurants were Alacazar for tapas and for fine food try Vino Mio where you can also experience traditional flamenco. We visited Gibfranco Castle for the second time in 3 years. Its a 30 mins walk to the top or you can take a bus. Entrance is for a small charge, here you will get great views of the city including the port, marina and bull ring. You will be staying in a residnetial part of Malaga so you will experience true Spain. There is a church right next to the apartments and it does have bells but I would'nt let this put you off. We went on days trips by coach to Cordoba, Seville and Grenada. We enjoyed these especially Cordoba. Malaga is not where alot of tourists stay so ydont expect all shop/restaurant or bar staff to speak good English. We used our basic Spanish which got us by ok.
