I’m utterly disappointed with how management handled the situation ,of the smell of cigarettes in room 227 after having called front desk at around 10 pm, they had offered to change my room but I was already in bed and wanted to sleep after a long day. I declined but I asked for them to please do something. The smoke continued until 3- may be 4 am. Due to the stubbornness of the smell I was not able to fall a sleep until 5 am thus ruining my plans for the day.. I ckd out from the hotel on the 22nd at around 3 pm. At this point I would like to request the reimbursement of the remainder of the days of the days I paid for .
