Easy, clean, spacious

Modern, clean and spacious.

Nothing major. The headboard wasn’t attached properly and fell off the wall, but was easily propped up. Location may not be suitable for less mobile people, as it is 10-20 minutes walk from Centre, depending on which area.

Overall a great place to stay!

Apartment was large and clean and the washing machine was a definite bonus. Location was excellent for walking to restaurants and sights.

AC was not working when we arrived. It took a couple of days to get addressed because of weekend and holiday but host did his best to get things working.

Lovely apartment. Fabulous location.

WE ARE A COUPLE IN OUR LATE 60S, WHO TRAVELED TO MALAGA FOR A SHORT BREAK (5 NIGHTS). THIS WAS THE PERFECT APARTMENT FOR US. CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION AND BUSES. NOT TOO FAR FROM THE BEACH, AND HISTORICAL MALAGA. WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME. APARTMENT IS ON THE GROUND FLOOR, SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, AND WELL EQUIPPED. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT.

Fantastic location, but everything else was a disaster

Great Location, If you're only looking for proximity to the Marina, Maria Zambrano station, or Larios mall, then yes, the location is solid. That’s unfortunately where the positives end.

Absolute nightmare if you value your sleep, hygiene, or sanity. Now for the reality check f : -The bathroom is infested. I’m talking cockroaches and insects crawling out constantly. -The entire apartment was invaded by bugs, which made it feel more like camping than staying in a city flat. -The sewer smell coming from the bathroom was absolutely nauseating. You CAN'T ignore it. It hits you every time you walk in or leave the door open. -The toilet seat is broken and unstable, it shifts every time you sit. -The hot water tank is a joke. You get 20–30 minutes of hot water max, then it’s ice cold ( water pressure is strong). So if you're two people, plan to shower hours apart about 3–4 hours between each one. -Forget sleep unless you come equipped with earplugs. Every time someone in the building opens a door, flushes a toilet, or runs water, it sounds like it’s happening right next to your head. I really wish I had read a review like this before booking ( I felt scammed, it s a nonerefundable) Stay away unless your standards are really low and all you care about is location. Check pics, I have videos that could not be attached, contact me I can send them out to you.

Disappointing, overpriced

Bed was comfortable. Clean sheets. Good amount of space in the apartment. Nice Rituals shower gel and shampoo

Broken toilet seat. Unusable, sharp - I contacted for a different room as the toilet seat came off, was sharp - heard nothing. Damp, flaking walls, that smelt of damp. Again, in contacting, heard nothing. Many bits of furniture has breaks. It was all nice looking furniture, but really cheap. Bed was fine though. I wanted to be moved or to get a refund. Heard nothing from the owners. The app they use for check-in and information is awful. Takes ages to load. Not ideal for those visiting and using 4g etc

Location Clean apartament Well equipped

There was a regular noise like a boiler sound, coming from I believe was corridor outside, so someone who is a light sleeper would struggle to fall asleep. Have raised the issue and sent the video, but no one came back to me.

Comfy and great room close to train station and city center

The place was clean and comfy. The room size was Big and had enough space to maybe workout un the morning. The kitchen had everything I needed. The room was also close to the station and the place I took the bus to work, so really convinient. Overall It was great.

Great value

Very modern apartment with good equipment. There was everything you could need for a couple of days. And it was very clean also and looked like in the pictures.

The couch was not comfortable and is very small. Maybe the host should get a proper couch for sleeping. Also it would be good to place some detergent (big bowl with powder), or also some coffee or salt, coffee.

Excellent apartment, brilliant location, would stay again !

Excellent location, very central, close to the beach and the town. Apartment was really nice, nice decor and facilities. Apartment felt very secure with two doors.

The shower hose couldn’t be held in place, you had to either set it on the ground or on the handle, so it was awkward to shower. TV didn’t really work properly, kept losing signal.

Nice looking apartment, just the problem with the waterworks that ruined our stay

Great looking modern apartment. Hosts were good and explained everything in detail how to find the apartment !

Problem with the bathroom. Smelly water coming out of the floor and out of the shower cubicle … wasn’t able to take a shower once all the water went down the drain as it was clogged up.

Good

Location!! - is very good for a walking distance to all main city's central and SOHO tourist viewpoints and attractions. In 1-2 min walking distance are grocery stores, cafes, restaurants. Parking place (for a payment) is DIRECTLY one meter from the entrance in the apartment. :) Taxi from and to airport available from 15-17 euros. Use BOLT or Uber apps. Central train station - a short walk away. There are all the car rentals and other tourist needed businesses. We did take a car for one day for seeing the Gibraltar. Aoartment - the kitchen has all the cutlery and instruments. Washing machine also. But You need all the ingredients, also the small ones, salt, pepper, oil, etc.. for preparing anything. Beware - You need to bring also Your soap or shower gel for the shower, handwash. Towels available, bed normal. TV, internet works good. The apartment is on street level, 1'st floor. Beware, that You will hear all the morning maintenance, cleaning, car, people etc city sounds.

The drainage system is bad.. we had issues with: 1. shower, One night it brought by itself up some old water, and all the shower was very stinky and dirty. The capacity of the water has to be regulated, the shower drainage system can not handle a normal showering. Or You can ignore it and have all the bathroom filled with water :) 2, The WC also got issues with the drainage.. 2 days it did not work normally. Of course, it's connected with the shower system, but there's a bigger problem, when WC is overflowing than a shower :)) 3. And we heard all the drainage system of the house. The ceiling was so NOT soundproof, so we heard all the waters etc stuff coming down from the neighbors above us. :)

Disappointing

Comfortable bed

No free toiletries, not even a bar of soap. Very noisy rubbish collection every night in front of the house. As the flat is on the ground floor it seemed as if there were no windows, it felt like in a cave.

Nice location, modern apartment. Beds are comfy, I wouldn’t sleep on the couch though.

It’s a pretty modern and clean apartment in a great location for the price.

I stayed here for 15 days and as another review said, only one garbage bag was provided and two toilet paper rolls. Which required me to buy a whole roll of garbage bags and buy a 4 pack of toilet paper which 3 were remaining when I left. I hope they leave it for the next guest so they don’t have to deal with this :)

Nice apartment in good location

Location of the apartment is good - between train station and city center. Apartment itself is nice but it is on the ground floor and you have to keep curtains closed all the day if you don't feel yourself like on the stage. The street was quiet.

It was impossible to close the door of the bathroom. Payment procedure was uncomfortable. It was impossible to contact with any host even there might be some problem. We didn't get any answer, fortunately our problems were small.

Centric, well conected, new and cozy

The apartment's location is excellent, right in the centre but also very close to the train station and buses, it was so easy to connect to the airport. The apartment is in immaculate condition, very new and clean, and the check-in went smoothly and stress-free. We would definitely recommend and repeat!

Всичко беше прекрасно. Много широко помещение и добре обзаведено. Имаше всичко необходимо - в кухнята - съдове, прибори, електроуреди, препарати за измиване. В банята хубава козметика, в хола удобен диван и голям телевизор, картини, удобна спалня и завивки.Имаше дори плажен чадър и кърпи. Все едно сме си вкъщи. Въпреки, че е на улицата не беше шумно и притеснително. След като напуснахме имаше къде да си оставим багажа, за да се поразходим до заминаването ни. Бяхме там 5 дена и не ни се тръгваше.

Appartamento spazioso, abbastanza pulito.

Il rumore di un impianto non ben identificato che faceva rumore 24 h su 24. Il penultimo giorno l'aria condizionata ha smesso di funzionare, probabilmente le batterie del telecomando erano scariche. Un asciugamano per 3 giorni mi sembra un po' poco infatti abbiamo dovuto pagare per degli asciugamani extra... data la cifra spesa, potevano anche abbuonarlo ma va bene. Per non contare che al checkout previsto per le 11 del mattino, alle 10 i nuovi inquilini hanno provato ad entrare ma han visto che eravamo dentro e han subito chiuso la porta. Lo ritengo abbastanza grave come fatto.

Bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren y a un paseo del centro, metro a cinco minutos.

La cama es innecesariamente pequeña, como de 1,35x1,80m, más bien dura y con almohadas de mala calidad. El baño no tiene un triste gancho para colgar las toallas de la ducha.

Aan te raden

Modern ingericht. We hadden de eerste dag een beetje moeite om het appartement te vinden, om dat er blijkbaar 16-1 t/m 16-4 was. We werden zeer vriendelijk geholpen aan de telefoon.

De douchekop is niet verstelbaar, waar door de badkamervloer behoorlijk nat werd en we steeds moesten dweilen

En general, la estancia ha resultado satisfactoria.

La UBICACIÓN. Es excelente para conocer a pie la ciudad. Está cerca de todo. La LIMPIEZA (perfecta), la EQUIPACIÓN (había de todo: plancha+tabla de panchar+toallas+gel+champoo+secador+electrodomésticos nuevos, ....) y el tamaño del apartamento; son otros tres aspectos sobresalientes. Ahh: y la cama: muy cómoda, con un colchón excelente.

La insonorización. El apartamento está situado en una planta baja de un edificio de 4/5 plantas (no recuerdo exactamente) y la bajante general (desagüe) del edificio debe pasar muy cerca del apartamento. Por lo que durante la noche, te entaras si un vecino de las plantas superiores, ha utilizado el inodoro, la ducha, el fregadero, ..... Se me olvidó echar un peine. Y mira que el partamento estaba muy bien equipado.....pero ¡no había un peine!

Nabij het treinstation , gelegen tussen oude stad en strand. Er lagen strandhanddoeken, dat was prettig.

Het is een donker hok. Direct aan straat, houd je gordijnen dicht, dus is zit je echt binnen “opgesloten. Op de foto ziet het er fancy uit, maar in werkelijkheid redelijk kil, in combi met het donkere vonden wij het geen fijne studio om in te verblijven, chillen. , er wordt wel schoongemaakt maar onderhoud krijgt geen aandacht. ( douchekophaakje hing op half 11, dus moet je zelf de douchekop vasthouden, gordijnen hingen erg slordig, de airco op volle toeren maar kreeg t echt niet zo koel. ( zelfs niet met buitentemp 22gr) . Dit alles plus t knoerharde bed vind ik het geen aanrader.

Cada poco tiempo viene un ruído potente que debe ser de la bajante del edificio, ya que el apartamento se encuentra en un bajo, y resulta molesto, especialmente por la noche, ya que es tan fuerte que te despierta. Tener que hacer el check in via web metiendo todos los datos

Ottima e comoda struttura con una sola pecca

Nell’appartamento, ben finito con tutto il necessario di base per la quotidianità. Tranquillo, ben insonorizzato e comodissimo al centro e ai mezzi pubblici.

Il bagno nonostante fosse pulito puzzava eccessivamente e costantemente di fogna. Consiglio di provvedere a sistemare la cosa per non essere un forte punto a sfavore per una bella struttura.

Le logement est bien situé, spacieux, il y avait le nécessaire pour séjourner

Le logement étant au rez-de-chaussée, peut être bruyant à certains heures. Il est peu lumineux. Le gros point noir c'est l odeur des égouts provenant de la salle de bain. Impossible de laisser la porte ouverte sinon c est tout le logement que sent mauvais
