Don't except any help from the provider

Location, many beds

Zero help from the accommodation provider. WiFi not working. One bathroom door couldn't lock. Electricity plugs in one bedroom were not working. We immediately reported the issues and the accommodation provider didn't help us at all, they only kept answering via a chat robot.

Good stay. Close to shopping and train station.

Good location as we were using the train station which is about a 7 minute walk away. Old town was about a 15-20 minute walk depending on section. Great communication with staff. Well equipped kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. Nicely styled apartment. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had effective AC.

The central AC in the main living area and master bedroom didn’t cool well. The master bedroom was uncomfortably warm. The unit is set go no lower than 24’C but felt much warmer than that. A couple of more pillows would have been helpful.

The apartment location was convenient for reaching the city centre and Malagueta beach. Overrall apartment was clean and functional.

We were two families staying in a 7 person apartment. The most annoying aspect and which impacted on our comfort was the erratic shower thermostat. We raised the issue with host and plumber was sent and appeared to be fixed but unfortunately it was not.

Ideal Place To Stay

Loved the location of the property - near the beach, transport (train station), shopping centres and local shops (all within walking distance) Apartment was comfortable and cosy. Owner of property (Victor) was very helpful and made sure we all felt at home.

Air conditioning didn’t have batteries in the remotes when we arrived but after contacting Victor, he made sure we got it first thing in the morning.

Lo positivo es la ubicación, que es muy buena, y que nos permitieron entrar antes al apartamento para cambiarnos de ropa y dejar las maletas. También destaco que cuando avisé sobre la nevera, fueron el mismo día a arreglarla, lo cual se agradece.

Lo negativo es que el alojamiento no estaba preparado para 8 personas: solo había 4 rollos de papel higiénico y no suficientes toallas para todos. Apenas encontramos cucharas pequeñas, lo que resultó incómodo. En general, el apartamento daba una sensación de suciedad y descuido: cortinas con manchas, sofá en mal estado (ni siquiera lo usamos) y la nevera inicialmente expulsaba agua de color marrón. Por el precio que tiene, no lo vale.

- Kakerlaken in der Wohnung - die 6 echten Betten sind gut, das Schlafsofa nicht als solches nutzbar, fällt auseinander und ist sehr schmutzig - Nachdem von uns 8 zwei quasi keine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit hatten habe ich am Abend der Ankunft fast 1 Stunde am Telefon verbracht um wenigstens eine schlechte Notlösung zu erreichen. Wenn man nur ein Wochenende hat, hat man besseres zu tun. Personal und Service sehr schlecht - Wir haben ein Kleidungsstück vergessen, auf unsere Anfrage dies zu schicken wurde nicht mal reagiert - Die Wohnung gehört zu dem Unternehmen „Urbe 10“, nie wieder werde ich in einer Wohnung dieses Unternehmens übernachten

Falta de limpieza, mantenimiento y atención.

Nos hospedamos en un apartamento para 8 personas y la experiencia dejó mucho que desear. La limpieza era deficiente, había 2 cucarachas muertas en el piso y 1 en el descansillo. Los sillones estaban sucios y con quemaduras de cigarro. Una de las puertas del baño ni siquiera cerraba. El equipamiento del apartamento era insuficiente. Solo había 5 sillas para 8 personas, no había suficientes platos ni vasos y tampoco había elementos básicos como papel de cocina, servilletas, trapo de cocina, escoba y recogedor. Apenas dejaron papel higiénico y, a pesar de habérselo solicitado varias veces junto con pastillas de lavavajillas, nunca lo trajeron. Lamentablemente, no es un lugar que recomendaría.

Ik heb helaas een erg teleurstellende ervaring gehad met dit appartement. Er waren geen duidelijke instructies over de exacte locatie vooraf. Het meubilair was vies en onaangenaam om te gebruiken. Er was geen afstandsbediening voor de tv aanwezig, en de WiFi-code moesten we apart opvragen. Het bed en de beddengoed waren ronduit smerig, met gele vlekken en zelfs nadat de verhuurder vervanging stuurde, bevatte deze bloedvlekken. Al met al zou ik dit appartement niet aanraden, zeker niet gezien de prijs.

Mucho que mejorar

Apartamento cómodo y amplio.

Suciedad del suelo, sillón del salón y cortinas. Pelusas en los armarios, nos encontramos la lavadora con toallas dentro y el mecanismo de la ducha muy complicado para regular la temperatura. Olor extraño en el apartamento como a vinagre. En las camas de las habitaciones no había edredón gordo, pasamos frío. Lo peor: Mi amiga se quedó encerrada en el baño y tuvimos que llamar a asistencia, nos confirman que el cerrojo ya se había notificado que estaba fallido y no lo habían arreglado. Asistencia vino rápido a cambiar el cerrojo porque tuvimos que abrir la puerta urgente por claustrofobia de la persona que estaba dentro.

El apto en general está muy bien , sobre todo la situación

Lo que menos me gustó fue que las puertas de las habitaciones suenan como puertas de castillo , les vendría muy bien 3 en 1 y también estan algo descuidados los platos de ducha , les hace falta una buena limpieza a fondo a juntas y azulejos y desatasco.
