Disappointed

The location was great and very central and close to everything.

The place had cockroaches and they were very annoying. Also, the towels were few and they didn’t change them unless we asked for. There were also a lot of noises from outside and apartments next door.

Dålig städning

When my partner and I arrived at the accommodation, the first thing I noticed was the cleaning or rather, the lack of it. Unfortunately it was not up to standard. There was hair on the bed in several places, sand on the sofa, the refrigerator was not properly cleaned and even the towels had hair on them. I contacted the host to inform her about this, and she assured me that we would receive a refund for the cleaning fee and that the apartment would be properly cleaned the following day. In addition, the apartment was very poorly soundproofed. Noise could easily be heard both through the front door and from the balcony, and we could clearly hear the neighbors even when they were just speaking through the walls. When I reached out to the host again a few days later, she denied ever promising a refund for the poor cleaning. As a result, I ended up paying a considerable amount for accommodation that I only stayed in for a few days and that was not cleaned to a reasonable standard. I find it very disappointing that this issue was not taken seriously, and I strongly believe that at the very least the cleaning fee should be refunded.

The location and the air temperature

The cleanliness. There were other persons nails under the bed the day that we arrived, the rug was dirty, on the terrace were broken alcohol bottles. The price that was added as cleaning fee was very unnecessary because it didn’t feel like it was cleaned.

We loved the apartment! It was spotless, in a perfect location, and the host was incredibly nice and quick to respond to anything we needed.

Comfortable Stay in a Prime Location

What we liked most about the apartment was its location and facilities; it offered everything we needed for a week-long holiday, and everything worked perfectly! The kitchen was functional, and the bathroom was spacious. The bed was also nice and wide, and there was even a full-length mirror in the apartment, which is always a great bonus. The building felt safe, as did the location, and everything went smoothly with the entry codes. There’s a good grocery store right nearby, and the food hall was just a few minutes away, as were Málaga’s main street and shopping area. Communication with the property manager/owner also went really smoothly! All our questions were answered quickly, and support was available if we had needed it. Both check-in and check-out were made wonderfully easy for the guest. Overall, we would definitely come back here and can warmly recommend this place!

A few minor downsides—or more like observations—we noted about the apartment: 1. There was renovation work going on in the building during our stay, which caused a bit of noise in the mornings. 2. The apartment’s front door isn’t soundproof at all, and the neighbors’ front door was right next to ours, meaning we could clearly hear when they were coming and going. It didn’t really bother us, but it did startle us a little at first. However, we got used to it over the course of the week. These are just good things to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, but otherwise we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay.

Close to everything. Clean, fresh and super helpful staff.

Perfect location on a smaller street close to all main attractions and life. Room was spacious for 2 persons and beds comfy. Felt modern and clean. We left bags at the iloft reception a short walk from the apartment both before and after check in/out.

Practically everything was great. The location of the property is perfect, the apartment is well equipped. Their website is great, I could fill in my details in advance and we received the keys within 1 minute. I recommend it to all normal couples and families :)))))))) Hasta la vista!

The location and the organization around the arrival & departure were amazing.

The beds were not great. They were really noisy and a little unstable. We decided to sleep just on the mattresses. Please note that everything else was perfectly arranged and well-taken care of!

Good location, fresh apartment.

Location in very central area. Very quiet because no cars or mopeds were allowed on the streets outside the apartment. We could walk to everything, and also feel safe walking at night. The person giving out the key on arrival was very friendly. Nice fresh apartment.

* Only after arrival were we informed that the terrace was not allowed for use after 8pm, which is unfortunate because we love to sit late and read in the evening stars when on vacation and here we could not do this. * The fact that a cabinet kitchen door was broken upon arrival was not a negative, it happens, but they made no effort to fix it after we reported it. * Shower gel ran out the first day, and there was no hand soap at all. When asking, they claimed that this was their "welcome gesture". I guess they have different welcome standards than we are used to. :) * They asked for €35 for taxi to the airport, but we ordered our own with the Bolt app for only €14.25 total to the airport and it was punctual and great.

Recommend cozy stay

Nice location, noice isolated, great bed, good airco.

No many cooking utensils to prepare a simple meal. Parking space is promoted in the booking page but it doesn’t exist. They send you to a private company and it is not closer to the apartment.

Pretty apartment but somewhat dirty and noisy

The apartment was in a good central area in the city. It was a pretty apartment, nively decorated. The staff was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach.

It was difficult to get sleep because you can hear noise from neighbours, building corridor and from the street, even if windows and door are closed. I am quite sensitive to noise so it bothered me quite a lot. It was eventually totally quiet between 2-6am. The furniture was quite worn out, there was dust all around, some flying bugs in the shower and loose cabinet doors in the kitchen. I tried using the washing mashine once but it didn’t rinse my laundry and needed to be fixed.

The location was perfect. Busy streets of the oldtown but still quiet during the night due to the well isolated and blackout windows.

The freezer was full of ice, so we could not put anything in it. It also leeked some water. There was some mold in the shower on the ceiling.

Awesome apartments to stay for a week or two in Malaga

The apartment has a great location - in the historic centre of Malaga, but at the same time, it's not on a crowdy or loud street. We were a bit confused with the check-in process, nobody informed us that we should first go to the reception desk, which is on another street (not so far though). But I had a phone number, and a receptionist helped me to find a way, and get my keys. The apartment is cosy, well-equipped, clean, and convenient. Their knives are dumped, and that's probably the only drawback we found out. On the next street, there is a good small local supermarket and a Carrefour a bit further. Car parking is on the same little square as a supermarket. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary kitchen facilities - fridge, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, iron, and washing machine. Of course, A/C and fan as well. They also provide a set of towels/soap/shampoo, and they even change/repeat it if you stay longer than 7 days. Large 4K TV, fast Internet access, comfortable beds and pillows. Two sets of keys.

Knives could be sharper. Hot water could have better pressure. Guests should be better informed about the initial visit to the reception office. A drying deck was declared (in a special place) but was absent. And I believe it would be better if a minimal and safe set of food ingredients (drinking water, salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, coffee), which is usually bought by each new guest, was kept for the next guest, but instead, the new guest gets absolutely empty kitchen.

only one minor thing rooftop sitting area could be improved, wooden furniture was withered a bit. with more finishing touches it would look more appealing.

Regarding the location of the accomodation, its equipment and fair price a can not say a word being very convinced. Although the reception is not exactly at the place of accommodation, it was very close and the staff provided us perfect assistence.

We were having problems with a shower tip which is obviously broken.

Skvělá lokalita na poznávání města. V centru, ale přitom v noci byl klid (v únoru) - okna dobře těsnila. Příjemný personál. Dobrá komunikace přes WhatsApp. Pokoj byl připraven už v poledne, takže nám dovolili se ubytovat dříve. Což bylo velké plus po relativně dlouhé cestě. Pěkný velký pokoj. Teplo v pokoji. Vstup přes kód.

Zařízení jevilo známky používání. Sice nic co by nešlo přežít, ale přitom by šlo lehce opravit. Hýbající se záchodové prkénko, nedržící lišty u sprchových dveří, neodmražený mrazák (plný ledu)...

Schön und tolle Lage, aber leider schlecht ausgestattete Küche und Baulärm

Schönes Zimmer, gute Lage

Leider waren Bauarbeiten, die sehr früh angefangen haben. An Schllsf war nicht zu denken. Die Austtattung in der Küchf ist mangelhaft. Wieso gibt es nur 1 Weinglas? Und kein Schneidebrett? Die große Pfsnne war zerkratz. Wahrscheinlich wegen des Metallschiebers, den es dort nur gab. Ich verstehe es nicht. Ein Invest von nicht mal 50€ in Küchenutensilien und alle wären happy.

De ligging is perfect, midden in het centrum. Fijne bedden! Veel leuke eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

De keuken moet nagekeken worden. Er waren twee handdoeken aanwezig.

La ubicación

Pequeños detalles que se pueden resolver fácilmente y sin embargo no tienen la atención requerida. Por ejemplo: 1)reserva para 4 personas y sin embargo la vajilla y la cubertería sólo para 2 2) lavadora en el apartamento y no hay donde colgar la ropa. No colgador, no secadora, no balcón 3) no hay escoba, si recogedor. 4) colgadores para toallas en el baño rotos o que faltan 5) puerta de la nevera golpea a la puerta del mueble de la lavadora que está algo descolgada. En definitiva, creo que no se revisa el apartamento con frecuencia
