Its a Perfect location for everything.Very near to Markets,Port,Cathedral,Clothing & Souvenir Store,Restaurants and many more... What I love in the apartment is the Spacious rooms and complete appliances in the kitchen and Washing room.The airconditioner is in every room too. Good communication with the staff. I really recommended👌😊

Theres no elevator but its ok for a warm up exercise😊 The bed is a bit high and not so comfy. This is not good for the old people.

- L'appartamento è molto bello, curato ed elegante, con una sala meravigliosa. - Il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile. - La prima camera è grande e bella, con un bagno enorme dotato di vasca e doccia.

La seconda camera è molto piccola e con un bagno minuscolo e scomodo, senza finestra e con luce artificiale insufficiente. la terza camera sempre a causa di questi bagni senza fogna c'era costantemente una gran puzza di scarico degli altri 2 bagni che usavamo. Tutti e tre i bagni sono privi di bidet IL PROBLEMA PIU GRAVE PERO’ è che i WC NON HANNO SCARICO NELLE FOGNA e QUINDI utilizzano il sistema SANITRIT, quindi la carta igienica non può essere buttata nel water. Inoltre, i bidoncini per la carta igienica non vengono svuotati fino alla fine del soggiorno, causando UN CATTIVO ODORE IN TUTTA LA CASA INSOPPORTABILE . - La camera grande non ha tende o scuri per oscurare la luce, quindi alle 6 del mattino è già giorno pieno. In generale, l'appartamento ha alcuni aspetti positivi, ma i bagni sono stati un vero problema.

The location is perfect. It's in the historic center, and you can truly feel the atmosphere of Malaga. The apartment is much bigger than expected, with plenty of space for two families with children. The staff were friendly and helpful. They returned the full deposit without any issues. Special thanks to Daniel for arranging our late check-in!

However, despite all these advantages, you quickly notice that many things in the apartment feel worn out or fragile. The air conditioner was barely working and only blew cold air into one room. As a result, the temperature inside the apartment was often only 2–3 degrees lower than outside, which was very uncomfortable during hot weather. When we arrived, we immediately noticed that the floors were dirty. The showers and bathrooms were clean, but the rest of the apartment did not seem to receive the same level of attention. Some furniture was dusty, and overall cleanliness could have been much better. We wanted to vacuum the floors ourselves, but the vacuum cleaner had no battery power, and we were unable to find the charger anywhere during our stay.
