I really appreciated how open the owner of the place was. They were committed before and during the trip to ensure we had what we needed. They provided tours and places to visit while we were there. Additionally, they communicated how to get there via public transportation that really made things simple. It was made simple, even to the individual in the group that was not proficient in Spanish.
There was a concern that there were burnt fries left in the oven, however, it was communicated with the owner, and they handled the situation very well. There was an emphasis that the owner wanted to communicate and find solutions to concerns, which was fulfilled really well.

A lovely spacious apartment in a very convenient location. Well equipped kitchen although we didn’t eat in much. Beds and sofa were comfortable
Everything was good. We had a bit of trouble getting in but Francisco sorted it very quickly
