Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und eine Garage ist inklusive. Sehr nette Besitzerin und schneller Kontakt.
Vor dem Bett verläuft der Aufzug und dieser ist merklich laut. Hinter dem Bett ist das Nachbargebäude, welches gerade komplett saniert wird. Die Arbeiten beginnen meist um 9 - 16 Uhr. Dafür kann aber die Besitzerin nichts. Das Bad ist klein und renovierungsbedürftig in meinen Augen. Das erste Mal, dass eine Bewertung hier so drastisch von einem Ist Zustand abweicht.
