Quiet, clean, well-equipped

Very clean and well-equipped. Quiet, in spite of being near the central streets. A good night's sleep.

The first flight of stairs before reaching the lift would be daunting for peoplw with heavy luggage or disability.

A fabulous location, so accessible to the train station.

Location is great

We have stayed before ar Santa Cruz on an overnight basis. This time we stayed for 4 nights and the standard of the accommodation was pretty basic, no frills.

Great apartment in a fantastic location, book it.

Loved the location, apartment was a good size & had everything we needed. .wash liquid, washing machine tablets, tea bags etc etc all included. Walk to Atarazanas market 2 minutes, supermarket 1 minute. Had a fantastic few days in beautiful Malaga.

The bed was comfortable, and all the necessary amenities were available, which made the stay very pleasant. The host was responsive and helpful, and check-in was smooth.

A really Value for Money Apartment

It was a very nice value for money Apartment in an excellent location close to everything. You can reach everything by walking. It is Clean and has whatever you need.

It was an old apartment that had been renovated a few years ago, with considerable damage to the flooring and furniture. There were no curtains, and the window mechanisms were worn out.

Great little apartment, perfectly located.

Location, size, easy to find and very good communication from the host.

Small gripe that the sofa bed didn’t seem to be working, we couldn’t pull it out, no bedding was provided for it, and I had to sleep on it as a sofa. As we arrived late at night it’s not something I wanted to trouble the host with as it was actually fine for me. Probably should have specified the request for it.

Good location

The best thing about the apartments are their location within easy walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and easy to get to from train station. The air conditioning was good and very quiet, and it was nice to have the terrace to relax on for a while after a busy day site seeing.

The apartment (terrace1) is in need of a refurbishment. Photographs do not represent current condition of apartment. Wooden floors chipped and warped and furniture worn. The terrace also needs updated. No key for safe did ask reception who advised they would ask owner but never got one

A few small things … apartment WiFi connection didn’t work although we managed to connect via the WiFi for an adjacent apartment Too much bleach used in cleaning the apartment before we arrived. We had to open windows wide to get rid of the smell Shutters to street don’t close properly Squeaky fridge door … hinges need oiled!

Ideal location/awesome apartment

We arrived a bit earlier than planned but the staff were very helpful in meeting us and checking us in. The apartment has everything you need, is clean, comfortable and such a great location!

Comfortable, clean & central

Very central, 5 mins to the train station connecting to the airport. Good value for money, comfortable room, well equipped kitchen & bathroom was also very nice.

We had a front facing room so it was noisy overnight. Same as other guests, it’s showing some wear & tear but nothing was damaged or broken.

For easy access to the Airport and in the centre of wonderful Malaga this apartment is very pleasant on a budget.

Great value for money. It was on the main road (Apartment 6 at the back so no noise) which meant at 4.15am we had no difficulty getting a taxi to the airport. It’s a very spacious, very clean flat with a good well equipped open kitchen. Nice appearance amazing windows all round with shutters. A Very comfortable large new bed with good quality linen. Big spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water,toilet paper and towels etc I’d stay here again

For the money it was great. Ok there are posher out there for more money.

Having to carry luggage up the stairs to reception on the first floor. I don't think this is mentioned in the property description. Once at reception, there is an elevator that takes you up to all the higher floors.

Very good, great location but attention to detail needed.

Location was amazing. Size of apartment was really good and everything was very clean.

The toilet seat wasn’t attached so I fell when I sat on it as it came completely off. The sofa was very uncomfortable and difficult to sit on as it was very deep with a low back.
