Die Lage. Kommunikation mit Vermieter.
Zustand der Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände nicht immer gut. Die Klimaanlage war defekt, zudem funktionierte der mobile Elektroradiator nicht. Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig.
