Location & convenience to eateries. Discovered a mall and supermarket the last day which if you’re wanting to eat in occasionally would be great

The access was a little tricky to the apartment at times and the washing machine required a service man but the team were on to it when advised and got it mended

The property was in a great centrally located area. Metro , bus station , central market, Beaches, taxis, shopping , restaurants. And a quick 15 minute ride to and from airport . The point of contact person was very thorough with answers to my questioning in a timely manner. We also were allowed to drop off our luggage in the apartment early before it was time to check in. Just dropped them off with the cleaning lady and left immediately. The room was clean, we enjoyed the balcony during our stay. Great blow dryer ladies.

The internet was not working for a while. In the past I’ve gotten coffee enough for each person per day and towels, however we ONLY received 3 coffee pods for 3 people for a 4 night stay. Towels weren't changed daily or even bi- daily unless you stood for 6 nights or more. For most holiday stays they are usually 2-4 nights. There wasn’t even a roll of paper towels or napkins. The one bedroom had 2 tiny size beds ( they didn’t even look like twin sized) Being I was able JUST to drop off my luggage and get keys from cleaning lady. I was never greeted by a person when I was told the room was ready nor was I asked If I wanted someone to meet us to go through a few things. I appreciate them letting us place or suitcases inside room but a nice welcome would have been nice. We had no idea how to work the washer / dryer. When a colleague finally came to help with internet we had told her about the washer, however she wasn't that clear about what we were trying to ask for. When heading to the airport get your own cab. They were nice enough to reserve us one, however the cost was 35 euros, it was ONLY 15 euros coming from the airport to the apartment.

Central location was amazing, having the balcony was a plus. Right next to the path of the procession but 2 blocks away which was perfect. Parking was the tricky part given Easter Week and Procession. You need to be in before 4pm or after 11pm to get parking spot during this time. We did day trips everyday around Malaga, hiking, fishing, golfing, shopping at the malls. Location is amazing to get in and out of the city right on the edge to the motorway. Your close to old town minutes, the market hall, Picasso, and the beach is only a 15 to 20 minute walk away. The weather was perfect 22 everyday.

Only thing we missed was doing the Cathedral, that was our fault you need to book weeks in advance, Picassso you need to book at least a day before to get in.

Location is perfect. And the entrance the building was quite new and no noise whatsoever. The balcony is great. The toilets are new. The apartment is new furnished.

The bed are totally disaster, especially the bedroom with the twin bed. I’m saying it’s totally uncomfortable. I had to take the mattress on the floor to sleep well. The second issue I had I left the key inside the room where is my fault obviously but I had to pay €120. The maintenance guy came there with one minute, opening up without any special equipment. Could you imagine. My total experience was alright. Other than these two issues.
