Luxury Apartment Soho by Nagoa Homes

The location is very central and convenient. Plenty of bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Not a noisy area despite a very popular bar being around the corner. The flat is spacious, good that there are 2 showers. The owner is friendly and helpful. The access was quite easy and totally independent.

A few things could be better. Firstly, the sliding doors of the bedrooms are not giving privacy sound-wise. A second WC instead of a second shower would be better. Now if someone showers in the main bathroom, you can not use the WC. Last thing is the very poor soundproofing inside of the building. The neighbor from downstairs came knocking on our door twice. I get that people can get noisy but we weren't! We were doing simple things like walking from one room to another, moving a chair to sit down etc - that was enough for him to come twice! For us it was hard to leave a window open at night because the noise from other neighbours in the courtyard can be easily heard.

Cet appartement ne devrait pas être indiqué comme "Luxury": un peu vétuste au niveau des peinture, sol... Le principal point négatif, considérant qu'il est loué pour 8 personnes (nous étions 7), c'est que dans le salon il n'y a que 1 canapé (pour 3 personnes ou 4 très serrés) + 1 fauteuil. Et la table haute pour manger dans le coin cuisine ne peut pas accueillir 8 personnes (il n'y avait pas non plus 8 tabourets). Plusieurs problèmes ou manque de fournitures ont été rapidement résolus (il manquait des verres et couverts, une serviette, une ampoule dans la cuisine, un éclairage d'armoire qui ne s'éteignait pas, une fenêtre du salon qui ne fermait pas bien)
