Disappointing

+ Location

Don‘t like leaving bad reviews but this has been a disappointment - front entrance door is broken (not safe) - We couldn‘t get into our room because the key lock pad in front of our room was broken too. - Noone replied via booking, had to call the service line THREE times. The matter was then dealt with - took an hour though. - The room is very loud - street is right outside, you can hear everything - Towels are not exchanged, room was never cleaned (stay of 6 nights) - it is an appartment, though, so some may expect that - the problem with this was: - Bathroom is very damp, towels do not really dry in there - NO luggage storage - they advise you to use a very expensive one close by - They expect you to take out the trash before leaving (after 9 PM)

Excellent Apartment in a great location.

Fantastic four bed apartment in a beautiful building right next to the market and just a short walk into the centre. Easy access to both the building and the apartment using an access code, lift was straight to the apartment door. Apartment very nicely furnished, lovely comfy beds and was great to have 3 bathrooms. Great space too for 6 people. Great communications too from the hosts who were responsive to emails.

The hairdryer went up in smoke on the first day, did notify the hosts but because it was over the weekend another one was not brought. These things happen and we ended up buying a cheap one to use during our stay. I think though for a 4 bedroom apartment only having one hairdryer which could possibly have to be shared between 8 people is not really acceptable. Most places tend to have one provided one per bathroom. This was the only negative and it did not spoil our stay.

Fabulous place to stay in Old Town Malaga.

Great location. Apartment has everything you need. Booking staff v helpful.

Minor points; no usb charging points anywhere and no spare sockets at the bedside. Nowhere to hang up long coats or wet coats (winter visit). Security to enter the building could be better.

Great location

The location is great. Walking distance to everywhere, the market is 1-minute away, lots of shops and restaurants, cathedral, museums are 5-10 minute away. There are 2 lifts. Easy access to the room. The space is good for few days and the kitchen is well equipped. There was a welcome pack with some coffee capsules, olive oil and water bottles.

The room is a bit tired. But not bad at all.

Fantastic location, clean and well equipped, Comfortable beds, very good shower, 4 spacious bedrooms (2 with ensuites), good value for money.

The main door to the apartment has no locks on the inside, which made us 4 female friends feel slightly vulnerable. The apartment was a bit cold in the evenings, we found no instructions or information on the thermostat which was completely off. An emergency number for out of office hours would be helpful.

Recent stay in beautiful Malaga

The shower tray was lethal, I slipped and fell badly. Was trapped inside on the floor of the locked bathroom. I was lucky not to end up in hospital. The lifts to the 4th floor were constantly not working and we were afraid of being stuck in one. The apartment was in a brilliant location in the heart of the city. Spotlessly clean, somewhat noisy on the street outside at night. This was my ist stay in an airbnb....not sure if it's for me.

The location is perfect and despite the fact it is located in the city center it was quite calm

We were a bit disappointed about the cleanness of the flat (we have found used contact lens on the floor, the shower was always clogged and we saw dust as well everywhere). It would also be great to give access to functional équipement (for ex the hairdryer was not working for more than 5 mn).

This apartment is in a great location. It is quiet.

When we got there the apartment had not been cleaned from the last guests. It was a terrible first impression. The staff was responsive but it was an inconvenience. I really wish I had not seen in soo dirty. The apartment is very basic.

June 2025 stay

The location is fabulous being central to the Market and the Old Town of Málaga. The port is a short walk away, the beds were very comfortable and the AC worked a treat. We have stayed in this apartment before in 2022 and noticed the very thorough makeover that this apartment has had. We loved our stay.

There was nothing about the apartment that diminished our stay. When we were there the nearest lift was malfunctioning but was fixed in short order. This was no problem as there are two lifts to the fourth floor.

Clean accommodation right at the entrance to the historic city of Malaga and next to the famous central Mercato. A comfortable accommodation for couples and families. You can walk everywhere, all the shopping possibilities are at your doorstep and isn't it great to have an accommodation with a covered parking right next to it?

Air conditioning, one control unit in main living room also controlled the two bedrooms, so same temperature . Lock on en-suite bathroom door was tricky to unlock. Main heavy iron gate doors into main building did not lock .

Great location but trip was made disappointing by inaccurate description of beds on website!!

brilliant location easy to get to restaurants, old town and port, facility simple to get in and out of.

Description of accommodation inaccurate as we were supposed to have 2 rooms with 2 single beds and ended up with one double and 2 single beds for 4 friends! questioned and checked this before departure and even got an apology form Sharingco saying we would have 4 single beds!!! Very disappointed and one of the group ended up sleeping on the sofa!!!

Great location, bright and airy apartments

Great location, bright and airy apartment in the centre of Malaga. Really close to the train station, approx 30 mins from the airport (€3 on the train each way) and almost next to the wonderful food market. I left an umbrella (as the property didn’t have one) and extra basics such as hand soap, loo rolls etc - hopefully others do the same (or owners consider putting these in as standard).

It’s not a ‘didn’t like’ more of a note, that the pin and directions on here take you to the Atarazanas Hotel and the apartments are a little further down the road on the right hand side, perhaps better described as being above the Sabadell Bank.

Very disappointing apartment in Malaga. don't stay there

Location

The apartment was dirty , the tap in one of the bathrooms was falling off the sink the shower was blocked so took a long time to empty,there was no pillows at all for the sofa bed ,the whole apartment was very grubby, there was rats running around down stairs entrance area which was not secure ie entrance door always wide open..the sofa bed was covered in stains, the paint work was dirty, basically the apartment was unfit to stay in and when my grand children saw the rats it spoilt there holiday

Great location

It was clean and in a good location.

We were unable to use one of the showers because the drain did not work it was clogged/broken. So all 4 people had to use the shower in the primary bedroom. This was not great for me because I had paid extra to stay in apartment with 2 working showers and so I feel like I have been overcharged. The apartment was extremely hot when we arrived. We tried to contact the management as there were no directions on how to use the thermostat and we were having a hard time figuring it out. However, since we were not able to get ahold of the management, I pulled up a youtube video and even though it was in a foreign language, I saw how the person in the video turned on the air conditioning and so we were able to start it. We had to leave the apartment for a couple of hours to let it cool down but it did end up working well. The manager messaged me later but we had already figured it out.

Ideally situated piso near the market

The location, a few metres from the main boulevard in Málaga (the Alameda Principal) and the Atarazanas market, is excellent. The property is simple, but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Communications with the agency were excellent, and access is via a key code. There was some confusion about this as a WhatsApp message was, I think, accidentally deleted, but it was quickly sorted.

The only thing that could be improved would be to repair the lock on the (non en suite) bathroom. But this is such a minor quibble, this should tell you how happy we were with the property.

Fantastyczny tygodniowy pobyt, chętnie tu wrócimy i znów zamieszkamy w tym samym mieszkaniu.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum, piekarnia, kawiarnia za rogiem. Mieszkanie z widokiem na ulicę, winda w budynku. Niedaleko do stacji pociągu i metra. Mieszkanie miało wszystko co potrzeba, łatwy kontakt z obsługą klienta i szybka pomoc w razie potrzeby.

Hałas z ulicy, ale chyba trzeba się z tym liczyć gdy wybiera się mieszkanie w centrum miasta które nigdy nie śpi. Byłoby fajnie mieć deskę do krojenia której brakowało.

Nagyon kényelmes, igényes belvárosi stúdió.

Abszolút a városközpontban van, minden könnyen elérhető, a tömegközlekedés is. A lakás pont olyan, mint a képeken, komfortos, kényelmes. Külön jó volt, hogy késő este érkeztünk és volt bekészítve ivóvíz palackban, kávé, tea, cukor, kis olivaolaj, só. Még 1-1- mosogatógép és mosógép kapszula is. Február közepe volt, de fűteni egyáltalán nem kellett.

Az utcáról behallatszik késő este a zaj, de ez a belváros és sok az étterem az utcán. Becsukva az ablakot tökéletes a hangszigetelés.

Deze studio had een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Het is basic maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Wat locatie betreft is dit de ideale uitvalsbasis om de binnenstad te verkennen. We hadden weinig last van geluid uit naburige kamers. In Malaga wordt het 's nachts wel nooit echt stil op straat (ook niet in het laag seizoen). Oordoppen zijn geen overbodige luxe. Al went het wel na een tijdje!

De badkamer had een goede douche en toilet maar de vloertegels (vooral de voegen en randen) kunnen wel eens een goede schrobbeurt gebruiken. Maar over het algemeen was ook dit naar de verwachtingen binnen deze prijsklasse.

Krásny,moderný,čistý byt vo výbornej lokalite.

Krásny,moderný a čistý byt. Postele boli veľmi pohodlné. Aj keď sme tam boli v decembri, byt bol teplý. Ak sme potrebovali, topili sme klimatizáciou. Veľakrát sme ju ani nemuseli zapnúť,lebo bolo teplo. Byt je vo výbornej lokalite, v centre všetkého a hneď vedľa Mercado market. Blízko na železničnú a vlakovú stanicu - dalo sa tam aj ísť metrom,ktoré je blízko a je blízko aj staré mesto a aj prístav a promenáda pri mori. Proste, skvelá poloha.

Málo vybavenia v kuchyni. Museli sme si kúpiť aj soľ aj olej. Bolo by dobré mať tam aspoň takýto základ.
