Great location. Good value for money.

Fantastic location, clean and well equipped, Comfortable beds, very good shower, 4 spacious bedrooms (2 with ensuites), good value for money.

The main door to the apartment has no locks on the inside, which made us 4 female friends feel slightly vulnerable. The apartment was a bit cold in the evenings, we found no instructions or information on the thermostat which was completely off. An emergency number for out of office hours would be helpful.

Recent stay in beautiful Malaga

The shower tray was lethal, I slipped and fell badly. Was trapped inside on the floor of the locked bathroom. I was lucky not to end up in hospital. The lifts to the 4th floor were constantly not working and we were afraid of being stuck in one. The apartment was in a brilliant location in the heart of the city. Spotlessly clean, somewhat noisy on the street outside at night. This was my ist stay in an airbnb....not sure if it's for me.

The location is perfect and despite the fact it is located in the city center it was quite calm

We were a bit disappointed about the cleanness of the flat (we have found used contact lens on the floor, the shower was always clogged and we saw dust as well everywhere). It would also be great to give access to functional équipement (for ex the hairdryer was not working for more than 5 mn).

This apartment is in a great location. It is quiet.

When we got there the apartment had not been cleaned from the last guests. It was a terrible first impression. The staff was responsive but it was an inconvenience. I really wish I had not seen in soo dirty. The apartment is very basic.

June 2025 stay

The location is fabulous being central to the Market and the Old Town of Málaga. The port is a short walk away, the beds were very comfortable and the AC worked a treat. We have stayed in this apartment before in 2022 and noticed the very thorough makeover that this apartment has had. We loved our stay.

There was nothing about the apartment that diminished our stay. When we were there the nearest lift was malfunctioning but was fixed in short order. This was no problem as there are two lifts to the fourth floor.

Clean accommodation right at the entrance to the historic city of Malaga and next to the famous central Mercato. A comfortable accommodation for couples and families. You can walk everywhere, all the shopping possibilities are at your doorstep and isn't it great to have an accommodation with a covered parking right next to it?

Air conditioning, one control unit in main living room also controlled the two bedrooms, so same temperature . Lock on en-suite bathroom door was tricky to unlock. Main heavy iron gate doors into main building did not lock .

Great location but trip was made disappointing by inaccurate description of beds on website!!

brilliant location easy to get to restaurants, old town and port, facility simple to get in and out of.

Description of accommodation inaccurate as we were supposed to have 2 rooms with 2 single beds and ended up with one double and 2 single beds for 4 friends! questioned and checked this before departure and even got an apology form Sharingco saying we would have 4 single beds!!! Very disappointed and one of the group ended up sleeping on the sofa!!!

Great location, bright and airy apartments

Great location, bright and airy apartment in the centre of Malaga. Really close to the train station, approx 30 mins from the airport (€3 on the train each way) and almost next to the wonderful food market. I left an umbrella (as the property didn’t have one) and extra basics such as hand soap, loo rolls etc - hopefully others do the same (or owners consider putting these in as standard).

It’s not a ‘didn’t like’ more of a note, that the pin and directions on here take you to the Atarazanas Hotel and the apartments are a little further down the road on the right hand side, perhaps better described as being above the Sabadell Bank.

Very disappointing apartment in Malaga. don't stay there

Location

The apartment was dirty , the tap in one of the bathrooms was falling off the sink the shower was blocked so took a long time to empty,there was no pillows at all for the sofa bed ,the whole apartment was very grubby, there was rats running around down stairs entrance area which was not secure ie entrance door always wide open..the sofa bed was covered in stains, the paint work was dirty, basically the apartment was unfit to stay in and when my grand children saw the rats it spoilt there holiday

Great location

It was clean and in a good location.

We were unable to use one of the showers because the drain did not work it was clogged/broken. So all 4 people had to use the shower in the primary bedroom. This was not great for me because I had paid extra to stay in apartment with 2 working showers and so I feel like I have been overcharged. The apartment was extremely hot when we arrived. We tried to contact the management as there were no directions on how to use the thermostat and we were having a hard time figuring it out. However, since we were not able to get ahold of the management, I pulled up a youtube video and even though it was in a foreign language, I saw how the person in the video turned on the air conditioning and so we were able to start it. We had to leave the apartment for a couple of hours to let it cool down but it did end up working well. The manager messaged me later but we had already figured it out.

Ideally situated piso near the market

The location, a few metres from the main boulevard in Málaga (the Alameda Principal) and the Atarazanas market, is excellent. The property is simple, but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Communications with the agency were excellent, and access is via a key code. There was some confusion about this as a WhatsApp message was, I think, accidentally deleted, but it was quickly sorted.

The only thing that could be improved would be to repair the lock on the (non en suite) bathroom. But this is such a minor quibble, this should tell you how happy we were with the property.

Zeer centraal gelegen in het oude centrum van Malaga

Zeer centraal gelegen en ruim appartement (voor 2 personen) in het oude centrum van Malaga. Het appartement is sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede geluidsisolatie van buitenaf (dubbel glas) met 3 franse balkonnetjes en openslaande deuren. Lekker warme douche. Er is een wasmachine aanwezig wat ook super fijn is, lekker alles weer fris en schoon mee naar huis.

Luidruchting/gehorig met contactgeluiden intern. Er waren wat onderdelen in de accomodatie die kapot waren, deze zou ik z.s.m. repareren het doet namelijk afbreuk aan het appartement. Kijk ook even kritisch naar het glasservies, 1 wijnglas is weinig voor een appartement waar 4 personen kunnen verblijven. Het is een ruim appartement voor 2 personen, ik kan me zo indenken dat met 4-en het een beetje behelpen is. Het kunstgras/tapijt op het balkon zag er vies/kapot uit, dit gaf geen toegevoegde waarde.

Excelente hospedaje

La ubicación del alojamiento es espectacular, realmente inmejorable. El espacio es divino, muy bien pensado y decorado con buen gusto. La habitación cuenta con una zona principal amplia, espejo de cuerpo entero, área para sentarse, un sillón adicional, televisor y placard abierto. La cama es muy cómoda y el baño de gran tamaño, lo que aporta aún más confort. La cocina es espaciosa y está equipada con todo, inclusive pava eléctrica y elementos para preparar café o té. Además, dejan un kit de bienvenida con té, café y otros detalles que hacen la estadía más agradable. También dispone de lavarropas, con todo lo necesario para usarlo, y de esponja y detergente para lavar los platos. Pudimos ingresar al edificio y al departamento sin inconvenientes, utilizando el código que nos proporcionaron. En resumen, todo impecable, tanto en funcionalidad como en decoración. Una estadía excelente, muy recomendable.

Había una luz de emergencia sobre la puerta de ingreso al departamento que se encendía automáticamente por momentos durante la noche. Le colocamos una toalla para evitar que iluminara el ambiente y pudimos dormir perfectamente.

Impecable departamento Malaga

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo caminando, el mercado a una cuadra. Muy amplio, cómodo, muy bien decorado, todo nuevo y buen gusto, que sean dos camas en lugar de una, mejor. La cocina con lavavajillas y nos dejaron café, azucar etc, con lava y seca ropas. Muy agradecida que me hayan dejado dejar las valijas en sus oficinas cuando hice el check out. Lo recomiendo a todos los que vayan a Malaga!

El balcón tenía el piso feo, nada que ver con el resto del departamento que estaba impecable y todo nuevo, pero no lo usamos.
