Thanks to its location, our guests will be able to comfortably explore the city on foot, as the main tourist attractions are just a few meters from the accommodation: Picasso Museum, Carmen Thyssen Málaga Museum, Alcazaba, Roman Theater, etc. The main shopping street in the city is just 100 meters away where you will find countless shops, bars and restaurants of all kinds. Malagueta beach is about 15 minutes walking away. You will be able to enjoy high-speed wifi connection and air conditioning.

For reservations of more than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning of the apartment is included.
For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a rental contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, close to so many amazing breakfast spots, restaurants, and sights. The place was spotless, and everything worked great, including the dishwasher and laundry. Communication with Sharing Co was smooth and responsive. They always got back to us quickly. Would definitely stay here again!
