Additionally, a spacious living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed and ideal spaces to share with those who accompany you on this adventure. Thanks to its location, our guests will be able to comfortably explore the city on foot, as the main tourist attractions are just a few meters from the accommodation: Picasso Museum, Carmen Thyssen Málaga Museum, Alcazaba, Roman Theater, etc. The main shopping street in the city is just 100 meters away where you will find countless shops, bars and restaurants of all kinds. Malagueta beach is about 15 minutes walking away. You will be able to enjoy high-speed wifi connection and air conditioning.

For reservations of more than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning of the apartment is included.
For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a rental contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.

Very clean, modern, and spacious apartment. Location was excellent, very near the traditional market (which was great!). I’d recommend the lovely nearby gardens and the beachfront walks. Kitchen was well equipped, combo washer/dryer was great and the showers were good. We liked the electronic keypad doors because you didn’t have to fiddle with keys. The Picasso Museum is timed entry and on Cruise Ship days the tickets all go fast so plan ahead. The Alcazaba was interesting and the city museum was quite good. Plenty of upscale shops if you like shopping. (The review form asked about our wine tasting experience, but that was not part of this package.) We also enjoyed the Thyssen Museum.
