Additionally, a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and ideal spaces to share with those accompanying you on this adventure. Thanks to its location, our guests can comfortably explore the city on foot, as the main tourist attractions are just a few meters from the accommodation: Picasso Museum, Carmen Thyssen Málaga Museum, Alcazaba, Roman Theater, etc. The city's main commercial street is just 100 meters away, where you will find countless shops, bars, and restaurants of all kinds. La Malagueta beach is about 15 minutes walking distance. You can enjoy high-speed wifi and air conditioning.

For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You must sign a lease agreement
2. Supplies such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.

Very clean, modern, and spacious apartment. Location was excellent, very near the traditional market (which was great!). I’d recommend the lovely nearby gardens and the beachfront walks. Kitchen was well equipped, combo washer/dryer was great and the showers were good. We liked the electronic keypad doors because you didn’t have to fiddle with keys. The Picasso Museum is timed entry and on Cruise Ship days the tickets all go fast so plan ahead. The Alcazaba was interesting and the city museum was quite good. Plenty of upscale shops if you like shopping. (The review form asked about our wine tasting experience, but that was not part of this package.) We also enjoyed the Thyssen Museum.
