Could be a “me” problem but I had issues with the Nuki app to initially access the unit. Alex was quick to respond and let us in remotely. On our arrival @3:30, the cleaners had not been, again contacted Alex and he was straight onto it. It was a bit inconvenient as we couldn’t have a shower and relax after a day of travel, but we went and wondered about until we were advised the unit had been cleaned. On our departure day we were granted a slightly later checkout which was very much appreciated.

Central location, clean and comfortable flat, fridge, good, sturdy door locks. Excellent communication with the host, very clear instructions, and fast replies. Overall, an excellent place to stay; I would highly recommend it.

There was no shampoo in the house, the soap ran out on the first day. The pots and pans smelled of grease, and there were no bags for the toilet trash. The landlord told us to take out the trash and wash the dishes before we left, otherwise we'd have to pay a 65 euro fine. As a landlord, you should complete your own responsibilities first. This is my first time in Malaga, and I had to search for trash in the street with my suitcase and a huge garbage bag. I've never experienced this kind of treatment in any hotel or house I've stayed in before. Of course, I won't leave the house full of trash, but I shouldn't have to empty the trash. I'm paying for these services! They're asking guests to wash the dishes. You don't know how people wash their dishes; you need to take responsibility for that! I don't want to eat food cleaned by people I don't know.
