All in all everything is comfortable
The best location and a lot for the money.
Its difficult to communicate. Were trying to call them in our first day when we had problem coming inside the proprty but they didnt get back to us.

Unnecessarily unpleasant stay for such a spacious and well located apartment
It was spacious, clean, and very well located, in the heart of Malaga's city center. Things were generally in a good state and felt fairly new. Despite being in the city centre, it was not noisy at all.
About the apartment itself, It was poorly stocked and lacked fairly basic things for an multi-bedroom apartment to stay with a family--in the kitchen for example, there was no salt, which we ended up having to buy and keep there. There were maybe 3 or 4 coffee pods, and the coffee machine didn't work properly. An apartment of this size and nature (for a faimly, with full kitchen and laundry facilities, etc) should be stocked with the basics for that purpose; this is the first time I stay in such a barren apartment lacking these basics.
The arrival was complicated too. Before driving to the apartment, we asked the hosts for the address of the car park they recommended for the stay (they offered a discount there), but they refused to give us the address until we checked into the apartment. So we headed straight to the apartment by car, but the instructions did not indicate that the apartment wasn't reachable by car, so we ended up stuck in a loop. We called the hosts again to ask for the car park, and they kept refusing giving us the address, and blamed us for allegedly not reading up the arrival instructions--instead of helping while we literally drove through Malaga's very crowded city centre figuring out what to do. Eventually they conceded and gave us the address (about 1 block away from the apartment), parked there, and walked to the apartment and got in. Then I walked to their office (a few blocks away, in a different building in the city centre) where they gave us the car park vouchers. It was as simple as that, but they gave us grief and unnecessary stress when asking for the info we needed, and instead blamed us for allegedly not having read the instructions even though he had read them. The overall experience was unnecessarily unpleasant.

Second time here i loved again location and comfy hard beds,they are awesome, kind worker/girl on reception
Sorry but i have to be honest ,I was much more enthusiastic the first time, there was a problem with the door lock, so I had to wait for about half an hour in front of apartment ,the air humidity in the two rooms is high for the reason when you open the window you get nothing because the roof is glazed,the price has increased by 20% compared to last year,and they did not invest a single cent in the apartment,beside all of those still one of best options in Malaga🤷🏻♂️

Great location, huge rooms with comfortable beds. Impeccably clean. Well equipped. Carrefour express next door. This was a return visit from the previous year and probably where we will stay in 2026.

location is perfect. the appointment which we rented in 1st floor was big enough for family with 2 kids there is enough place. it’s central location and not too much busy from the street it’s isolated ideal location to visit the city.
bathroom is broken they should fix it the bath is leaking you can’t use it and the other bathroom it’s broken and dirty we couldn’t really have a shower probably specially with kids make it more difficult. if you’re planning to use the kitchen and cook there’s not sufficient kitchen materials. bed sheets smells bad they should wash it correctly or change it.

Great modern apartment in the centre of Malaga
Modern, spacious, good facilities, informative pre check-in message about the stay. Very close to the old town and the harbour.
Bar across the road was busy every night until about 1am so the bedroom closest to the road will hear the noise. The room looked like it needed a refresh as scuff marks on furniture and the walls ruined the modern look of the apartment slightly. The tv also wasn’t connected, but this wasn’t a problem for us.

The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. Location was good.
We had issues with signing in but staff did try to assist.
We experienced some noise from neighbours but it was manageable.
It would have been nice to have some basic products. We got a few small rolls of tp, 1 small garbage bag, no paper towel, 1 small tea towel, no dishwasher detergent and a small amount of dish soap.

The location was superb, close to all attractions, we could get back to the apartment easily any time during the day for our babies to sleep.

The location was perfect. The apartment was spacious, beautiful and had all equipment and devices needed.
We were a group of 6 friends who went to shower one after another. Thus, hot water was not enough fr all of us at once. Someone had to wait until the boiler would heat up more water for others.

Good location, but lacks some basic necessities
Good central location, comfortable beds.
Noisy n front bedroom and living area due to traffic. Poorly maintained, tv had to be replaced, shower screen door wouldn’t close, bedroom door handle needed fixing. Little things missing e.g. no tea towels, no soap dish or shelf in shower, hand held shower over bath in one of the bedrooms.

iloftmalaga the home sweet home
We always love to come back to IloftMalaga. This is our third time coming back, and we were never disappointed.
The apartment 2A is very spacious, especially the master bedroom, which is huge with a bathroom that's wheelchair-friendly.
The little balcony gives the apartment a very upgraded and beautiful flair.
From check-in up until check-out, excellent service Everything is close by, from public transportation like the underground just across the street to a good 10-minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes away from the Malaga port, to the best restaurants near by, as the well-known shopping street is only 3 minutes away.
I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but there is room for a few improvements.
I have stayed in different apartments already, and some of them do provide oil, salt, vinegar, napkins, or tissues. Free bottle of water, complete kitchen utensils(or change the old , broken ones) and washing detergents.
At Apartment 2A, in the master bedroom the bathroom, maybe a few hooks to hang the towels Change the mirror in the master bedroom. It's quite dangerous.

It was bigger than it looks in the pictures and just a perfect stay really. Very clean and modern with great facilities. Easy check in and check out.
There is no parking included as the advert makes out but they do offer a discounted rate with a parking garage which was in a great location....advert should really be changed to remove parking.
