To have to take the rubbish out in a street bin

The location is great.
The pillows are a bit too high and slightly uncomfortable

Central location. Great space. Clean and great value. Shame we only stayed one night.
Lighting in the communal hallway was damaged. The 4pm check in was later than we would have preferred.

Only the location.
Poor quality and bad service. We couldn’t sleep because of the street noise, even with the windows closed.
