Perfect location for exploring Malaga.

Central location and super clean. Comms with the manager was excellent - nothing was too much trouble.

Could easily hear people walking home late at night, even with the windows shut. No extractor or window in bathroom.

Good place to stay

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, comfy beds and pillows, nicely heated for the middle of the winter, washing machine, walking distance to the main attractions and train station. It is a noisy neighbourhood at night, but with earplugs this did not matter.

It is a bit dated and rather dark.

Super convenient apartment close to everything.

The location of the apartment is brilliant. 5 minutes walk to the old town, 5 minutes to the station. Lots of great shops and restaurants very close and all very central. It is a big clean apartment.

The only thing to be aware of is that the bathroom is off the bedroom, so you have to go through the bedroom to get to the toilet. In the night this may not be convenient, depending on who is staying. For us it was not really an issue.

Comfortable, in an excellent location accessible to all the main attractions in Malaga

Location was excellent, it had everything you would need for a short trip. We travelled with a young child- our second time staying here- and found it to be safe and secure with a washing machine and cooking facilities and a well stocked kitchen.

We found the air conditioning a little complicated to use- it could be worth providing some basic instructions on a laminated sheet for guests.

Great location, but the bed!

Perfect location in the best part of Malaga. Size of the apartment. Keyless entry to the building and apartment - perfect for beach days, so you don't have to worry about losing the key. The building has an elevator, so you don't need to drag your bags up the stairs.

Terrible, absolutely worn mattress. Already after the first night, our backs were in pain. One night we spent in Seville in another accommodation, which felt like a holiday from this bed! The sofa has seen better days. The noise from the street at night was not solved by closing the windows. Try to book apartment with the windows towards the patio.

Amazing stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel/apartments. The hotels were so nice, and serviceminded. We had som changes in our booking last minute, and they made it work. I couldn’t ask for a better apartment. I will definitely be returning next time I visit Malaga. 10/10

Decent place at great location at a decent price,

The location was really great. The apartment looked just liked in the photos, nicely decorated and had everything you need. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

The bed is ok to sleep in for a couple of nights, but not “hotel standard” comfortable.

Location is great. Few steps away from the city center, 10 min drive from the train station, a taxi spot nearby, 20 min away from the beach. It was spotless clean, very confortable pillows, it has a lot of light which is awesome, and you can black out if you like to sleep in the dark.

Location was perfect, very central, able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Wi-Fi was poor to terrible, on occasions less than 1mbps. Not a deal breaker as we were our most of the time, just a couple of evenings when it was heavy rain we stayed in, then I had to use 5gz.

The location of the property was very good. The team too was friendly and helpful. The welcome mail with all the Things To Do in Malaga helped us better to plan our Malaga stay.

Comfortable, helpful staff. Very good location - in the centre, near to attractions, public transport, restaurants, there is a lot of hotels around.

Great Location, nice apartment and building. Friendly communication in general but a few big annoyances.

overall it would have been a great stay, but there were a couple of things that surprised us and left us with not so great feeling after check out. On the first day somebody knocked on the door saying they needed to come into the apartment to fix the outer wall of the house via the balcony. I speak Spanish so at least I could communicate and understand what they wanted but this was an unannounced intrusion and then we had to wait to leave the apartment until they were done with their work. They also left a huge green net outside the main window which obstructed the view for our entire stay. no one ever apologised or mentioned it to us. Unfortunate, but I wouldn’t even have mentioned it here if more had not followed. the last day we checked out on time and left the apartment. We also took the trash with us (since in this apartment you are required to do so yourself once your stay has ended, something to consider). A couple of hours later in the evening I realised I had left about 4 blouses/ clothes in the closet and immediately wrote the contact in person. she then said to check and that I could probably come by the next day to pick it up. In the end she wrote that the cleaning ladies had put the clothes into the garbage. (these were linen blouses a cashmere sweater and other really nice things). So I honestly couldn’t believe it. I get that you can’t keep stuff forever but not even 1 day?! I was super sad to have lost these items and wasn’t offered any reimbursement. also don’t know if I believe they were thrown a way “by mistake” as the manager said.

Wish would have stayed shorter time

Good location. Near the market. Had high chair and cot for baby. Host available online and reply quickly. Good steady wifi. Good closet in bedroom with lots of hangers.

No host showing around, all self service. No view, very little natural light. The AC works very badly: the bedroom got very very hot, but living room remained cold, with a 20°C setting. We slept very badly because of that. En-suite bathroom, which has to be accessed from the bedroom. That’s very inconvenient, eg after coming from outside, you cannot wash hands first. Hard to go to toilet when baby taking a nap in the bedroom. Nowhere to hang coats in the lobby. Very poor quality WC paper, and only 3 rolls left for us for a 4 nights stay. Not enough hot water in bathroom. The hot water could not even fill in half of the bathtub, and I had a cold shower on the halfway!

they have just right under a bar so it’s very noisy, specially if you are 3 and one sleeps in the sofa. also the hot water run good in the shower for 2 but if 3 need to take a shower… the last person needs to wait a lot

Good value for money & perfect location

1) Perfect location - close to train station, bus stop on the opposite site of the street, close to old town, walking distance to the beach; restaurants & coffee available next door 2) Flat is fully equipped 3 Flat was well prepared and cleaned up upon our arrival 4) Staff was very helpful and responded quickly via WhatsApp 5) I consider this location as good value for money

1) If you seek for a quite place then this is not your destination (flat is next to a loud street, e.g. with buses stopping at night for a long time with engines turned on) 2) Smell in the bathroom is really bad (seems to be coming from water pipes) as bathroom itself (same as the rest of the flat) was very clean 3) We used coach in the living room for sleeping and it is uncomfortable, also the springs are very noisy with the smallest move 4) We stayed in the flat for a week and ideally someone should clean it up a bit through-out that time at least once (although fresh towels were delivered once)
