The hosts were fantastic pre-holiday, as I had many questions about accessibility, they could not have been more helpful. The room was great, with a brilliant view. Location was just where we wanted it, outside the old town, but near enough for easy access.
I would have like clean towels after a couple of days.

Our property at the top so we have to use the lift. But the lift is good condition and reliable

The location and cleanliness . It was also extremely safe .
With a family of girls needed more mirrors outside of the bathroom .

Location, amenities, view.
Customer service was poor. Not enough hot water for three people to shower in a row. The electronic lock combination was disabled and customer service was very pissy about having to address it. There's also a plumbing problem which was received with contempt.
