Very good

Excellent location, yet very peaceful. You were able to sleep well at night without any noise. The Old Town is just around the corner. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. We had a wonderful stay! Next time, we’d be interested in an apartment in this house with a terrace

Great location

The reviews rate this higher than it deserves. It’s very basic & bare. Your typical kitchen, 5 plates, 5 cups, 5 knives and forks. No salt, pepper, the little things that make a difference. It’s a pretty soulless apartment and I would not stay there again. Better value out there.

Great mix of beach, history, culture, art and dining’

Location excellent for tourist: close to Atarazanas market, main pedestrian boulevard, Malagueta beach. Two bathrooms: first rate air conditioning: washing machine. Easy access to food and dining: Carrefour supermarket across road: numerous restaurants within 10 minutes walking

Perfect location and the apartment itself exceeded expectations!

The location was absolutely perfect, everything was very close by. The apartment photos were extremely accurate and what surprised us was how much bigger it was in person. Really pleasant stay in the apartment and the local area was really safe and friendly too.

The key code on the front door was hard to get right but you got used to it. We would've appreciated more towels and toilet roll but it was only a small inconvenience.

Местоположението е чудесно, дава възможност за разглеждане на града и и в близост има възможности за транспорт, при необходимост. Наблизо има супермаркет, кафенета, ресторантчета, спирки на градски транспорт.

Колкото и прозаично и битово да звучи, тоалетната хартия не беше достатъчна за престоя ни от седмица. И в самото място за настаняване няма възможност за оставяне на багажа след изнасяне от апаратемента. Предложиха ни опция за оставяне в офиса им, но той се намира на 10 минути пеша и не беше вариант за нас.

Das Apartment war sehr zentral, direkt neben dem Markt. Es war sauber und die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich. Die Küche war groß und es gab zwei Bäder.

Das Sofabett war sehr unbequem. Wir hatten das Apartment aufgrund der Dachterasse gebucht, jedoch hatte unseres keine Terasse. Als wir den Mitarbeiterinnen Bescheid gegeben haben, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir das falsche Apartment dazu gebucht hätten. Die Bilder auf booking.com sind jedoch sehr irreführend, da darauf die Dachterasse zu sehen ist.

Irreführende Fotos und Angaben

Super Lage.

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht der Beschreibung auf Booking.com. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit Terrasse gebucht – auch deutlich anhand der Fotos und Angaben auf der Buchungsseite erkennbar (siehe Screenshot). Vor Ort wurde uns jedoch eine kleinere Wohnung ohne Terrasse zugewiesen. Es handelt sich um einen gewerblichen Vermieter, der mehrere Wohnungen im Haus besitzt. Auf unsere Rückfrage hin wurde vom Vermieter keinerlei Entgegenkommen gezeigt – man behauptete, alles sei korrekt, und verwies uns an Booking.com. Auch von Booking.com kam leider nur der Hinweis, dass die Unterkunft für die Angaben auf der Seite selbst verantwortlich sei. Das ist sehr enttäuschend, insbesondere weil die Terrasse ein entscheidendes Kriterium für unsere Buchung war.

Excelente estadia para familia numerosa o amigos

Eramos 6 adultos y 1 niño y la verdad es que el departamento es muy comodo. La ubicación excelente, se puede llegar muy fácilmente desde el aeropuerto y volver a él. Céntrico y en una área justamente muy tranquila. Muy bonito decorado y cuenta con ascensor.

Cosas básicas para estar en el lugar como para cocinar, sal, aceite hubieran sido de gran ayuda, sino hay que comprar todo de cero. Debido a la estructura del departamento es muy ruidoso si no cierras bien la puerta de tu habitación, las puertas hacen mucho ruido, se escucha todo si uno se bana etc. y el sistema eléctrico salta si uno se seca el pelo y se prende paralelamente el aire o calefacción (es 1 u otro, no es posible que funcionen los dos). No nos tocó el departamento que aparece en la foto, por lo que quizás estaria bueno saber cuál esta reservando uno. Estuvimos en Enero y a pesar de que no hacia frio el piso estaba helado, creo que es marmol, asi que recomiendo llevar unos zapatos para andar adentro.

Exzellent gelegene Unterkunft! Empfang sehr freundlich. Wohnung groß und gut ausgestattet, herrliche Terrasse.

Lüftung / Heizung ziemlich laut. Wohnung wirkt kühl, könnte etwas Deko an den Wänden gebrauchen. Code an der Wohnungstür ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
