This incredible apartment is located in an elegant historic building in the heart of Málaga, on Strachan Street, just a step away from the famous Calle Larios. The accommodation has been completely renovated and decorated to the highest standard, featuring high ceilings and spacious rooms that offer a sense of openness and comfort.

Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed by a large open-plan living area with a fully integrated kitchen and dining space. The dining area seats eight people, making it perfect for family or friends to gather and enjoy a meal together. The living room includes a large white sofa and two contemporary coffee tables, which, along with the rest of the décor, create a harmonious atmosphere of elegance and comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the necessary utensils to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The apartment has four bedrooms, each designed to provide the best possible rest. Three of the bedrooms feature double beds, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds. What stands out in these rooms is that three out of four have interior windows, providing a tranquil and quiet environment, away from the noise outside.

The property also boasts four bathrooms, all fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic location in the historic district. Main shopping avenue and many many restaurants steps away. Unit was spotless and had a full bathroom for every bedroom which was perfect for four couples. I would highly recommend! A couple notes: property cannot be accessed by car since on a pedestrian street, so be prepared to park elsewhere and carry or pull your bags for a 4-5 minute walk. Also, master has large king bed, 2 BR’s with maybe queens (or a bit smaller), one with twins.

Very clean and well maintained apt in a convenient location very close to Calle Larios. Not too noisy. Good AC and great bathrooms. Only issues were main access door outside into building hard to open with keys. Door to the apt also couldn’t be locked completely due to the double bolt malfunction. My guess is that the doors and locks/bolts are simply too old.

We rented same place in June. We were little disappointed to find out the 2 items we brought up in June haven’t been addressed and fixed….. The door double bolt system is non functional and the bolts don’t fit into the holes. Locking the door is essentially impossible. This is a liability issue and a risk of intrusion by thieves !! The sewer smell in the master bathroom can be very unpleasant at times and it seems to be coming from the bidet……
