Great stay in a lovely apartment and excellent location close to everything you’d need .

Had everything you needed , nicely decorated , comfortable and felt like the hosts took care of it and wanted guests to enjoy their stay.

Upstairs Hallway Entrance door to the 3 apartments was damaged and hadn’t been repaired so didn’t give good first impression. However it was a great apartment inside and we really enjoyed staying there.

Would not recommend purely because of the complex and costly check in process.

The property was clean and in a good location

The kitchen was poorly equipped. The WiFi didn’t work. The unexpected charge of €50 for someone to meet us off a late flight was a shock. Not something you expect these days when there are so many remote check in options available. As well as the cost, it added an unnecessary layer of communication to ensure we met the rep and made payment for the late check in ahead of arrival. Not an easy process.

Good location, not bad stay

The location is definitely a super positive aspect of this flat. There is a tv and terrace which is nice. The place was really clean. The fridge is big.

It’s a really small space, even just for 2 ppl, the pillows were really uncomfortable and the place absolutely reeked of smoke, the previous ppl had smoked there and the smell wouldn’t go away no matter if you left the terrace door open or if you had the AC on. Also the complementary condiments weren’t generous (only sugar, small salt & vinegar and coffee; we had to ask for extra coffee pods as they only gave 2 for a 4 days stay for 2 people).

Weekend in Malgaga

The appartment was lovely and clean. It was in a good location to walk to the centre for restaurants and visiting the castle. The beach was about 2km away, so about 15-20 minute walk. We liked to run along the promenade there in the morning which was very nice. A lovely coffee shop on the corner and also a very good gelato shop too.

The blinds next to the bed don't really block out the light and are a bit see through.

Well located studio, really friendly staff!

Really well located, clean and well equipped studio. Nice little terrace for sitting out/ drying clothes. Walking distance to the city centre and beach. Gema met us at the building to show us around and was really friendly and helpful.

Small space - perfect for a few nights but might be too small for longer than that.

Excellent and comfortable place to stay whilst in Malaga

Perfect location and facilities and came with everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

Sometimes we were able to hear the neighbours through the apartment walls. Tv could use a HDMI cable or smart tv option as enhancements.

We were allowed to enter the apartment early due to our flight and were greeted at the property by a really nice lady. The apartment was clean and reasonably spacious. Although it did feel cramped when the weather kept us inside. The bedroom was fine if a little dark,being in the roof space. The bathroom was adequate. The staircase leading to the upper floor was rather tight and didn’t feel particularly safe at times. The cooking facilities were adequate The apartment was located very near to the great food market and there were two supermarkets very close by. The old town centre was just over the main road and we had lovely walks and food there.

Surprised by a huge number of positive reviews that I "pecked" at. - after payment (which can no longer be canceled and refunded) and before confirming the booking, I received a message from the host that it is necessary to have a deposit upon check-in, you must provide a card number upon check-in. later, having figured it out, it turned out that the deposit was not needed, however, providing the card number and its validity period is a prerequisite for settling. - The photo does not correspond to reality 100%. The apartment is not as new as it seems. On the photo it seems to be wide/white/big apartment with a lot of amenities; in the reality, it not so "luxory" - The windows come out to nothigh: one to the wall, other to the nothing (another wall) - The balcony is not as such big as it seems to be; it is just a swing window, protruding 20 cm from the apartment. And it goes to a multi-level parking - The second floor is very hot You can’t sleep without the air conditioner. - There is a main bed (pretty comfortable) and the other on the 2nd floor: it was not covered at all, without bedding, purely mattress. -Rafters everywhere on the second floor do not add comfort - The hair dryer turned out to be broken.

What a wonderful apartment! 100% appreciated

The place is really really good! It’s a little apartment near the city center of Malaga! All the things are really close and you can easily walk to la malagueta (beach) 10 min walk, supermarket is just around the corner and there are plenty of bars! I booked this apartment for me and my friend, it’s perfect for 2 people! It has all services: phon, air conditioner, towels, sheets, microwave, fridge, all you need to cook! Moreover the place was really clean and well furnished. The place is located at the second floor, the only negative thing is that there isn’t an elevator but for us it wasn’t a problem! If I’ll ever return to Malaga I will definitely come back to this house!

Everything was perfect, the only thing was that there wasn’t an elevator and the house is at the second floor…by the way it wasn’t a problem for me and my friend but it could be a problem for other people! Just consider that if you’re willing to book this location

The villa is a bit small. Bathroom is only in the upper floor. It might not be comfy for 4 people after 2 nights. But for 2-3 nights it is a decent place with good price/quality ratio.

Value for money close to the centro historic, Malaga

Excellent location for the Centro historico, Malaga. Close to Atarazanas Market and Alamada Principal. Be aware that there is no lift in the building - no problem for us but may be for others. Washing machine in kitchen with rear balcony to dry clothes. Kitchen useful. Waking distance from the train station to/from the airport(Malaga Centro Almeda). Also walking distance to the regional train station (Estacion de Malaga - Maria Zambrano)

Fantastic apartment , great location

lovely warm welcome. A friendly Spanish guy met us at the property carried my case up the stairs, showed us around the apartment & also gave us advice on where to eat. Great little apartment, Comfy bed, everything you could need for your stay. Even washing tablets & cleaning products. Fantastic location in the centre of Malaga. Close to bars, shops, restaurants, icecream plus all the other cultural attractions.

not adequate for a family. noisy but central.

the property was central, few minutes away from town.

it was on a very noisy street with a bar right across the street keeping us awake till the early hours of the morning everyday. From the sofa-bed it felt that you were in the middle of the bar! No windows on the main floor, just a balcony door. For safety reasons with children in the house we could not have a balcony door full swing open… so the house was very stuffy. The stairs to access the main room and bathroom are very narrow and steep. few times my children slipped on them. Downstairs, once the sofa bed is open there is no space to sit and eat. luggage had to stay on the level too due to the unfriendly stairs.

Recommendable apartment in the center of Malaga

The location of the apartment is very good, close to local pubs. The apartment is well equipped, clean and cozy. Very nice service, Mrs Gema. Contact via what's up.

The air conditioning did not work, it was only possible to turn on the fan. Blown bulbs. Loud in the evenings, no possibility to extend the day even by an hour, at 11:00 you have to leave the apartment

Exceptional customer service and the guy who checked us in was superb and very friendly. Moreover, the apartment is within walking distance from the old town and the port. Even the train station is 5 minutes away. Also, just outside the flat, there are local food shops barely a couple of feet away. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Perfectly located apartment to explore Malaga & great value

Fabulous little apartment perfect location can walk everywhere around the city, to the beach etc. Very clean and perfect for a girls trip to see beautiful Malaga. Gema came to meet us after our late night flight in to get us checked in. It was excellent value for money compared to what we pay for hotels in Ireland!

We didn’t have any issues but the only thing I would say is it would be very warm upstairs during the hotter months we went in February and found it warm but it is a loft style area where the beds are and could get very warm, everything was perfect

Incredible location and very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay in Malaga at Genteel Home Trinidad Grund. The location in fabulous for access to transportation to/from airport, train and bus stations. It is close to center of Malaga with all it's shops and restaurants as well as the port. The apartment itself had every thing we needed. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom was quiet for sleeping.

Although it was of no concern to us, there is no elevator and there are stairs up to the bedroom for people who cannot do stairs.

We did book another apartment next door, but we were transferred to this one, and it was a lot bigger (2 separate bedrooms instead of one), more spacious. Beautiful interior, washing machine and washing powder was here, so it was easy when travelling with kids. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

Some bedding was weird - one bedroom had duvets on sheets only and it was super messy to use. Proper bedding would be more hygienic and less messy. Other bedroom bedding was great though.
