The WiFi was unpredictable

Very friendly host- gave us a list of restaurants and places of interest to visit in Malaga and the vicinity. Communication was perfect. Every question or phone call was answered immediately or within minutes. We had great time. Thank you!

We arrived after midnight and for that we had to pay extra 50 euro which made the price not so good as we initially thought it would be. It would be better if that is emphasised on booking.com because. We found out about the extra pay when we already made the reservation.

Modern, spacious and tastefully renovated and decorated apartment in a great location that comfortably accommodated our family of 5. Good communication from the host who met us at the apartment to walk us through and helped with our luggage and also was immediately helpful with a power issue. We used the parking garage conveniently located across the road as there is no parking space for this property. Lots of restaurants and shops right outside the door, very busy and lively nightlife at the doorstep. Air conditioner worked perfectly and it was nice to have two bathrooms, there is an unusual setup with the vanities in two bedrooms, but it works well.

We enjoyed our stay but should mention for future guests, there is no lift for the luggage so this would be difficult if you have mobility issues, our apartment was on the top floor, and the apartment itself is 3 levels. A little noisy with the lively nightlife but this would happen in any inner city apartment - we have stayed in far noisier places so this was not an issue. Also, I think the host could be a little more generous with supplies. Only 4 coffee pods were supplied for a family of 5 (all adults), and a tiny amount of dishwashing liquid - generosity is always noted and appreciated by guests, it helps make an accommodation stand out from others. However, great place, I do recommend it.

The apartment is well located in Malaga city center

When booking the reservation months before, all through booking.com Parking said was included for the price. When we got from USA to the apartment, the lady who gave us the apartment keys said it wasn't included so we had to add 23 euros a day for parking because it was impossible to park anywhere, even in the streets you had to pay through the meters by the hour, this issue pissed me off right at the our arrival to the apartment. The lady said booking advertised it with parking included when they don't.....all a mess.... Lots of stairs steps to get to the room, (42) there was not elevator either. The bedroom side tables were dusty and the exposed ceiling beams too. The ceilings upstairs are low specially inside the shower. The apartment is well located in Malaga city center but not convenient when traveling with large baggage or infants and the not included parking its located across the street too and not at the same building
