Great stay in Malaga

Everything was perfect, apartment was clean, spacious and with perfect location close to train and buses and also walking distance to all main attractions. Very close to center but also quiet to get rest after busy day. Welcoming bottle of wine in the fridge was very nice gesture :) Very good communication with the host. Easy check in/out. Would stay again on the next visit.

despite central location very dissapointing

It has central location, near all atractions and metro to the airport. It's enough for 3 persons. It's clean.

We stayed in this apartment one year ago and we were happy with it. Unfortunatelly this stay was very dissapointing. The fridge and microvawe weren't working and there was no power in the kitchen sockets. After two days we didn't have hot water. We informed the landlord about it but nothing was done. We didn' get any response. For the money we payed the most basic amedities should have been provided.

Great location, easy access and wonderful terrace. You can even wash your clothes!

The location is perfect. Not too noisy, not too far from the city center and easy to get to and access throughout my stay. They even included a small bottle of wine!

If possible, it would be great to have a little seasonings for cooking, otherwise it was great!

The toaster! This has the potential of causing a fire or burning your hand. I didn’t know they were made like this any more with no protective housing. Glass coffee table with corners to bump into. Lack of instructions for hob. Detergent for washing machine has most unpleasant smell

The front door was left open on numerous occasions and didn't close without a push coming in late it was a little worrying. The communal lights needed the time to be extended and kept going out before we had reached the bottom of the stairs very dark and couldn't see. Both issues are easily solved.

Comfortable apartment

The apartment is spacious and a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It is easy to walk from the apartment to the town or to the beach, although the distances do add up. We saw it as an opportunity to increase our step count! We didn’t really use the rooftop terrace apart from drying our laundry (loved having washing facilities!) as we needed the cool of the air conditioning. We didn’t try cooking, either, as there are so many great restaurants close by.

Labels on the soap and shampoo dispensers would be handy. We couldn’t decide which was which!

Excellent location for a short stay!

everything! location was convenient and walking distance to city centre. host was accommodating despite us arriving earlier than check-in. apartment was clean and very spacious. quiet area so no issues with sleeping. there was lockers at the bottom where we left our bags after check out, which was handy as we didn’t have to pay for baggage storage!

The hell of the noise at Alameda apartments.

The apartment Tete is nice and clean, but everything is spoiled by the incredible noise and the rude host.

So, the noise of the traffic outside is unbearable, even with the windows closed (if you can sleep with the air condition machines just above your heads), so no sleep at all for 2 nights. The pollution from the cars that enters through all the windows is something I haven’t experienced ever before and hopefully never again. As a bonus, there is o motorcycles parking on the little streets around the building and, why not, a construction work exactly on our apartment’s walls from 9 a.m. till 8 p.m.,because the owner totally didn’t care about the clients that paid to have a relaxing holiday. That host was so rude, at our complaint about the noise day and night, he said we should leave the apartment, this at 7 p.m. and our plane being the next morning at 4 a.m. I have never met such an impolite host: he didn’t inform us at what time we can make check in, even if I repeteadly have asked. I also asked for 2 pillows they forgot to leave for the sofa and the answer was: “tomorrow” and saying us to leave a paid apartment, because of complaining, which is not legal or moral. Booking.com should definitely cancel them from their platform. In fact, the reviews from tripadvisor are much more accurate and relevant, I am so sorry I didn’t read them before our stay. The wifi almost didn’t work at all.

We would definitely stay here again

The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped, and comfortable, especially the large bed.I found the owner to be helpful when I had a question.Perfectly located for us with easy access to museums, the centre, the port, beach and train station. The amazing food market is very close, as are great bakeries and coffee shops.

Be very careful when booking this property. The property owner is one of the nastiest people I’ve ever had to deal with! If you do decide to book its imperative that you double confirm that what you pay for is what you get - the images that they use to advertise on the major online booking sites are muddled, confusing and if there is a mixup, don’t expect a rational or productive conversation with the owner; expect threatening behaviour, insults and base rudeness. We booked and paid for an apartment with outside space and this problem has arisen many times previously - please check reviews across multiple sites and you’ll see that we are not the first to be duped and I guarantee given the attitude of the property owner, definitely not the last. Outside space brings me onto another issue that is definitely worthy of your consideration; the property is centrally located and the road noise and pollution effectively render outside space useless anyway. It’s not possible to leave bedroom or lounge windows open because the clouds of noxious gases and perpetual roar of traffic completely destroy any possible chance of peace. To add insult to injury our bed room and lounge were immediately above a city motorcycle parking lot and it seems every 5-10 minutes someone is either parking a motorcycle or leaving and it is truly deafening. Please see attached image - this is camera looking down from bedroom window at a row of motorcycles immediately below. In summary, avoid this place, there are so many superior offerings!

Very nice flat in an excellent location. Unfortunately there is no roof terrace.

The location was excellent, close to the language school and just on the edge of the old town. There were 2 supermarkets close by and although the walk to the beach is about 20 minutes, it is a very pleasant walk along a flat road with tree lined walkways. The appartment was clean and well furnished and basic provisions (tea, kitchen roll etc) were provided which was great.

The apartment was advertised as having a roof terrace, but when we arrived we found that this was not true.

You get what you see!

Location next to Mercado, close to the city center and all attractions, but still in not too crowdy area (our apartment was looking at the side streets). Cleanness was superb, almost spotless. Staff members were great, supportive, responsive. Great instructions how to enter apartment, everything went very smoothly. They offer parking spot, at additional cost, but less expensive than other garages in the neighborhood. However, they have limited number of spots available, so make sure you book it well in advance.

Parking they booked for us, was not actually available, so we had to look for another, which would not have been an issue by itself, if it was not 2am in the morning. If anything I would want to add, it’s having a dishwasher, even it is not crucial, it would be helpful.

The location, The flat was nice, with minimal decoration and everything you need. The host was very thoughtful and ready to assist at all time. The parking is very close to the flat

The shower pressure isn’t good! Also avoid using water in kitchen and showering at same time otherwise no water will come from the shower.. the mattress in bedroom was very soft and the one in sofa wasn’t comfortable at all. The flat is good for maximum of 2 adults

It is right on the edge of the old town. Good (separate) control of heating/cooling in both living room and bed room. Nice size bathroom, good size shower.

I don't think we were told that there is a washer and dryer in a common area that could be used. I would wonder if would have been in use by another guest if I had needed it.

Superb

Perfect location on Alameda drive between train station and main shopping street and walking distance to swimming beach, Alcazabar and Castle. Easy to navigate around and felt pretty safe. Apartment was easy to access (no contact with anybody for checkin), neat, clean and quite new. Hosts were easy to communicate with and left a lovely gift for me. Would recommend 😊👍

Only thing that was an issue was the noise coming from a giant fan outside the building. I don't know if this was to do with construction next door or the underground system and so also don't know if it's temporary or permanent. But it was very loud and keep switching on and off. Seemed to be mostly off at night though thankfully. This is not the fault of the owner at all but just something to be aware of.
