Location excellent. Very central. Hosts very helpful and attentive. Modern, stylish apartment. Contained everything we needed for our 4 day stay.

The location is excellent and very central, which is the main positive. The beds were comfortable, and when hot water was available the showers were nice. Staff were polite and tried to help when contacted on numerous occasions.

We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days as a family of three, having stayed in Apartment 1 in December 2024, which was excellent. Unfortunately, this apartment was not comparable and was disappointing given the price. The biggest issue was the view. Before booking, we were told the apartment would face a quieter back street. In reality, there is effectively no view at all. Most of the time the shutters had to remain closed for privacy, and when opened the outlook was pigeons sitting on a vacant apartment window directly opposite. The bedroom windows are also locked and blacked out, which made the apartment feel very boxed in and should be reviewed from a safety perspective. Had we known in advance that the apartment had no usable outlook, we would not have booked it. Cleanliness on arrival was poor. The floors clearly hadn’t been properly mopped or hoovered, with visible balls of fluff, dust, and hair gathered throughout the apartment. There is also a strong sewage like smell in the building lobby, which was not present during our stay in 2024. The apartment is poorly set up for a longer stay. There is no proper storage or hanging space in the bedrooms, only wall hooks, meaning you either hang clothes on hooks or live out of a suitcase. There was no kettle, which we bought ourselves locally, along with hangers (which we left for future guests). There are no proper bedside lockers, only very low tables that are not practical. The ensuite bathroom has no door for the toilet, so it was really only usable as a shower and we all used the main bathroom instead. Hot water did not last for three showers, only two, which isn’t ideal for multiple guests. There was also confusion around the iron, an empty box was present, and we later found an iron and ironing board stored under the bed without being told.
