Property was large and excellent and perfectly located to explore historic Malaga. For families, note there is a large eat-in kitchen. Only problem was rather noisy heating and cooling unit, but we turned it off at night, and were still comfortable. For older travellers, the shower stall floors were plasticky and a bit slippery, but we bought a rubber shower mat that helped. No other complaints.

The property is very nice, was not very clean when we checked in. Floors were dirty and a very bad smell coming up the drain in the main bathroom. Contacted management company but then the rains came and nothing got fixed. The property is in a fantastic location, lots of restaurants and shopping very close.

The good:
The apartment delivers on most of its promises. It was clean and everything was in good working order. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was quite spacious and the fridge was turned on when we arrived. The building was relatively quiet and there is an elevator.
The big terrace was the highlight, it provided a nice area to play for the kids and had some shades that could be rolled out to provide some shade. There is some furniture outside but no table.
It is very close to Alameda Principal and multiple bus and public transport stops.
Not so good:
The bedrooms are quite small, and especially one of the bathrooms was very, very small, almost impossible to move in.
The biggest issue however I would say is the air conditioning. The apartment has a system where you cannot leave the AC on when leaving the apartment. This would be OK is the AC would be strong enough to cool the apartment when you come back. But this is NOT the case. The AC in the kitchen is separate from the rest of the apartment and works well. The rest of the apartment is on a central system, so the 3 bedrooms and the living room. This system is very weak and if you are gone for the entire day, it takes a good 4-6 hours for the rooms to begin cooling down. This makes it very hard to get some good sleep if you come in late in the evening and want to go to bed immediately. Not the best when you are on vacation and what to have a good nights sleep.
