I really appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the room before check-in. Very clean, comfortable bed. The response time to our issues was immediate, and compassionate.
The facility could be better maintained. We had a few issues, all of which were resolved. The place is a little beat up, curtains falling off the window, hard to close black-out shades. Our shower flooded our bathroom.

Spacious apt in clean, quiet and safe building, just steps to the main street. Great location-minutes to historic center

Perfect location, 5 minute walk to the historic center and still in quiet neighborhood - Soho with fancy restaurants nearby. Well connected to the bus and metro station. Big, spacious, clean, it has everything you need to feel like home. If you are lucky to have one of the apartments looking to Alameda de Colon you get spectacular views too. It was my third time at the apartments and I will come back again for sure.

Location.
The WIFI didn't work. It kept dropping every 2 minutes that made me unable to work. Also the property doesn't provide any supply, no dishwashing detergent, no single kitchen paper, no clothing washing detergent even though there is a washer, not enough toilet paper. Should provide a minimum set for the stay to be enjoyable.
