Functional, modern apartment with a washer dryer in a great location.

Great location in SoHo near the train station. Washer Dryer machine worked great and came with some detergent.

The sectional sofa needs a good cleaning.

Perfect Location in Málaga

The location was perfect, everything in Málaga was within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, and sightseeing spots. We had a really great stay and enjoyed being right in the center while still being able to relax. It was ideal for exploring the city on foot.

The only downside was the sofa bed. Unfortunately, it was not comfortable for sleeping and could definitely be improved. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Excellent response time from the owner to any questions we had. Very clean room 31. Washer/dryer (11, 12, 13 settings for dryer). Comfortable bedrooms. Toaster and microwave. Very quiet air conditioning. 10 minutes walk from the nearest train station. Keyless entry for front door and apartment door. Lift works well. Was able to leave our luggage in the apartment while the cleaners were cleaning the apartment before the 4pm check in date.

Front lobby is a tad run down but overall the place is well maintained. Only one coffee capsules. You can buy more from Mad supermarket which is 10 minutes walk away.

Wifi didn't work. won't stay there anymore.

Location.

The WIFI didn't work. It kept dropping every 2 minutes that made me unable to work. Also the property doesn't provide any supply, no dishwashing detergent, no single kitchen paper, no clothing washing detergent even though there is a washer, not enough toilet paper. Should provide a minimum set for the stay to be enjoyable.

Very basic interior, tiny kitchen vs its space, too strong smell of cleaning detergent caused headache, cold tile floor, no carpets, felt anti-cozy.

Great place to stay

We booked 2 apartments and everything was fine. Location is great and the host was really helpful. Easy to check in and check out. Both apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for pleasant vacation.

The sofa in apt. 41 was a little bit broken but still can be used for sleeping.

Good enough, but should be better maintained

Location - absolute top. Spacious apartment, there was almost everything you needed in the kitchen. Easy, fast and reliable communication with the host.

I need to mention that we visit this property for a second time, just different apartment. Upon arrival there was an unpleasant surprise - the trash cans were full obviously from the previous visitors. The sheets were supposedly clean, but somehow dusty. The floor, external blinds and balconies were not cleaned for at least last 10 days (vacuum cleaner is not enough, you should clean them with cleaning agents and a mop). It's noisy but with windows closed you can sleep pretty well.

Nice apartment with value for money

The location of the apartment was perfect. The apartment was nice with good beds and lovely decoration. There very many windows and french balconies in every room. The size of the apartment was fantastic. Excellent value for money!

Although everything was good, we had problems with the coffee maker - it was not functioning because of accumulated limescale and we could not make coffee at all during our two-day stay. We contacted the owner who promised to send someone to fix the machine as soon as possible.

Very disappointing customer service

The location was good

There was a major sewage leak in the lobby and solid fecal waste which we had to wade through to leave and enter the building. It was a significant health risk and the smell was awful. There were no staff in person to communicate it to and to clean it up. Eventually the leak was fixed but the floor wasn’t cleaned so there was still solid waste on the floor. I tried to contact the location afterwards for compensation and non of my emails were answered to either booking.com or the accommodation itself.

Great apartment in great location.

Apartment is light, bright and airy and in a great location and is a good size and really well equipped. The door code is great as don't need keys. Only a short walk to the old town, and Soho with lots of bars and restaurants is on the doorstep. Hosts super responsive!

The sofa bed is not very comfy - could do with an extra mattress or a mattress pad to help make it more comfortable - the main beds are very comfy though!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Malaga

The location was very convenient to getting to most things we wanted to see - it was very close to a few coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Quiet Apartment in the Heart of Malaga’s Coolest Neighborhood

This is a lovely apartment on the fourth floor, with excellent noise-isolating windows that let you choose how much of the vibrant street life you'd like to hear—or block out entirely. Everything inside is top-notch: clean, well-equipped, and feels safe and comfortable. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the most creative and inspiring part of Malaga. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay in Malaga city!

Really spacious and well equipped with everything you’d need! The host even leaves washing up liquid and laundry tablets for you. The only issue we had was trying to work the Halogen hob but I think that’s more user error and that only one ring works. Probably for safety. Good WiFi connection, clothes maiden for clothes, shower gels, sponges and kitchen rolls and a selection of tea and coffee and also 3 different coffee machines in our room. We stayed in apartment 32 which was 2 double rooms and a lounge diner. Great location too lots of bars and restaurants and super close to the station! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property esp with children as they had lots of space to play. (1 and 3 year old)

The location is perfect - everything is just around 5-10min walk away. Only thing the beach was about 15min walk away! The aparments was very nice - felt like home!

Bright , airy relaxing space. Well equipped.

Great little find. Property great location. Very central and easy to locate back to. Well equipped for what we needed. Great Little convenience store just Around the corner for what was needed. Nice airy, apartment spacious Rooms . There we 4 of us sharing , plenty space to relax. Prior to is arriving I did enquire about a Few Things. I always received a prompt response and the communication about checking in etc was excellent.

Good location is the only positive aspect of the hotel.

1.Unpleasant discovery of urine stains on sheets after staying for three days in the double room. 2. Unusual rule requiring guests to take away their trash upon checkout, with an extra charge if not followed（20euro） 3. Peculiar door system: inserting a key inside prevents the outside key from opening, resulting in an unexpected unlocking fee（40euro） 4. Strong unpleasant smell due to ongoing painting of hotel corridors, impacting the overall guest experience. 5. The sewer in the toilet smells bad 6. The apartment did not have a front desk or any on-site service personnel. We found that many other guests had the same surprised feeling when they first arrived.If you arrive very late，you also need to wait outside of the door until you be charged the deposit.

Fantastic stay in a fantastic City.

Great location and great size and comfortable for a couple. Facilities were good. Everything that we needed there and also the little extras like toiletries, kitchen cleaning items, toilet rolls and starter coffee pods. Perfect.

Lovely long weekend with friends

The apartment is in a fantastic location, only 3 minutes walking distance form the C1 metro (that takes you directly to the airport) and to the city center. Close by, there is a small supermarket (Carrefour express) that was really handy. I highly reccommend it!
