modern eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Klimaanlage in einem gepflegten Wohnhaus mit Fahrstuhl, fußläufig zum Zentrum. Obwohl an einer großen Straße gelegen, keine Lärmbelästigung. Parkplatz in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus verfügbar (kostenpflichtig). Sehr guter, freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der uns zum Check-in persönlich am angegebenen Parkhaus empfangen und anschließend zur Wohnung begleitet hat.

The location is amazing. It could not be better. You're near the train station (5mins), the amazing Market (2min), the beautiful Alameda Principal, a Carrefour, a Lidl and a Mercadona (2, 5 and 10 mins away) You're in the city center, the pedestrian zone, basically, but you're not in the center where loud tourists walk around your building at 2 am. The appartment is clean and very comfortable. It has a built-in air-conditioning which cools it down very quickly. Kitchen is very well equipped. Rafa is an amazimg host, great communication over Booking chat and then later over WhatsApp. When we come to Malaga again, we'll make sure to book this appartment again.
