Lovely location but bed/mattress quality so poor we had to pay for new accommodation for three nights.

Wonderful Stay

Very clean. Excellent location. Even though it was beside the street, we couldn’t hear the noise outside. Staff were friendly! there’s a coffee machine and you have everything you need if you want to make Your own meals.

Great location to all shopping and bars and restaurants. If you do not like walking 10-15 minutes everywhere then choose wisely. We love walking and loved the location. The room temperature was perfect I have never felt so comfortable day and night.

The window faced into a courtyard where everyone could see into each other’s rooms. If you want daylight you need another thin layer of window cover.

Perfect apartment for a short stay in low season

there is an amazing cafe right next door which is lovely for breakfast. The apartment has a street view, but not unpleasant. Location is convenient for everything and safe to walk back to in a night because bars are still open in the street. It was low season so noise at night was not an issue but I imagine in the summer it is more lively

The location is excellent, and the kitchen is well-equipped.

I was sent a link to complete the online check-in, but the system could not be finalized because of the required cash payment for the cleaning fee. Staff seemed unaware of the online check-in system's conflict. Bathroom: the shower head was not fixed in place. Parking: Reserved space is extremely narrow.

Perfect location, good value

Apartment was cute and modern, location was superb for accessing all areas. Very impressed at the windows shutting out the street sounds, we still wore ear plugs as we are light sleepers and we knew there were bars outside but heard very little. We will definitely choose here for our future stays.

The property is in a great location a short walk from the action but still with a few lovely bars and restaurants on your doorstep . Check-in was easy and even though our arrival was slightly early the room was ready for us. The is very small but had everything we needed. Great shower and very comfy bed. The kitchen facilities weee all you needed for a short stay

Sleep was disturbed by the overly loud front door banging every time some entered or left the property. We were on the second floor and this really started to grate especially when you’re trying to sleep. This sounds a wierd thing to say but it really became an issue. Pillows were terrible. They really need to invest in better pillows , which is a shame as the mattress was a good one. They wasn’t a room turnover service , so that was a bit poor after 6 days in the property. Also had to ask for fresh towels. I really thought they would get replaced every couple of days being a serviced apartment. I would still however stay again.

Hosts excellent. Requested duvets - received no problem. Great location and nice touch providing rituals shower gels & condiments like salt & pepper & coffee.

Mattresses very hard. Lighting in bedroom very low… could be doing with a brighter main light. The main bathroom really needs a shower screen as the floor gets flooded when having a shower. Really needs 2 x bath towels per person for stays of 3 nights. Did try use the washing machine 3x but always filled with bedding. Dont really want to be washing towels on a family break of 3 nights.

A cozy studio, good beds, well-equipped, in a very good location with a lift.

The location of the apartment is perfect, the port, the old town, restaurants, bars, park, busses, taxi, metro, market all nearby. The studio is very cozy, offers more than you need, nespresso coffee machine including capsules, sugar, cooking utensils, iron, ironing board, very comfortable bed, I recommend these apartments. Perfect Stay in an Unbeatable Location

Great stay. The studio I booked was in the top floor. It has two balconies, one in the front (a big one) and one in the back (small one). Lots of sunshine streaming through. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and stocked with kitchen supplies and crockery. The checkin process was very smooth. Very clear instructions, and Sergio, front desk manager was there to greet me and provide me with all necessary details. The location is unbeatable. In the Soho neighbourhood, which is ideally situated between the Malaga Harbour and the historic center and also Calle Trinidad Grund is lined on both sides with many cafes, shops, restaurants, and a mini market across from the rental property. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended for long or short stays.

Excellent location and amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was quiet despite the restaurants below - helped by the window shutters and the bedroom being at the back.

Pillows were a little uncomfortable and the apartment didn’t have much natural light but these were small things that didn’t bother us too much.

Everything was amazing from the reception the ladies the guys there were very lovely very helpful. The room was exactly as shown in the picture very clean wonderful we had everything we needed the bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing. There’s an elevator and the most important thing location location location it was near everything we didn’t have to walk more than 10 minutes to reach everything thank you so much. Great location, studio very clean and had everything we needed. No noise experienced. Friendly staff, toiletries included, felt very safe and secure. We would happily return in the future.

Good location and Stylish apartment

Good location, in the center of Soho. With a variety of restaurants and cafes right downstairs. The amenities inside the apartment are also very new, comfortable beds and pillows. There is a small bar downstairs that attracts a lot of people during the day, creating quite a bit of noise from the gatherings but it becomes relatively quiet at night so no issue for me.

When booking, the listing stated that the facility included a washing machine, which was one of the reasons I chose this apartment. However, I was noticed when I checked in that the washing machine is not in the room but is located on the ground floor. Problem is only one washing machine and one dryer available, with very limited hours of operation. Moreover, most of the time, these machines are being used to wash the linens and duvets, leaving virtually no opportunity for guests to wash their own clothes.

Oh my ,it had some serious issues.It wasn’t the room on the pictures ,there was no view from the bedroom nor the living room.it had a kitchen with a view to the street but you couldn’t really spend time there or look outside easily since it had a safety closing (like metal bars). The bed frame,sheets and pillows where stained ,dirty- with hair and dust all over…I hadn’t have much time cause of my busy plans also didn’t have the nerves to deal with them so It was how it was.Your holiday or business time is really not to spend with the problems of the hotels issues that should be taken care of before the guest comes.You can easily check it before by testing and looking around carefully.I love how people like to earn money without much effort.Oh and two pillow cases where put on the pillows the wrong way ,again with hair topping the shower door was broken and the water always went outside …so we had to use 2 of our towels for the floor.On shampoo was halfway used.The toilet paper was a waist of there money it was so low quality it dissolved before even doing the job …things like this are really annoying for the guest.And YOU PAY FOR THIS !! And so much more …but I guess I stop writing here.For the guests ;make clear before you arrive that everything is on point.For the staff downstairs; chitchatting between each other and having fun while working is ok if it doesn’t affect the professional relations between you and the guests and doing your work the way you should.Effort brings success.Not the other way around.
