Good first impression, yet room for improvement

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful! We especially appreciated receiving a list of restaurant recommendations at check-in. The room was beautifully furnished.

The cleaning is very improvable. We found several hairs in both the bedroom and the bathroom and unfortunately even a cockroach. While the room was generally quiet, noise from chairs being moved in the room above was clearly audible. This could easily be improved by adding felt gliders to the chair legs.

It was our first visit to Malaga and we loved it, the people are so friendly, it feels safe and there are lots of places

The location was perfect, the property was clean, comfortable and quiet. The views from the rooftop terrace were lovely and it was a relaxing space. Staff were very friendly and offered lots if help and recommendations of places to visit

The only downside was the TV, it didn’t have any English channels and it wasn’t easy to plug in an Amazon firestick.

Excellent, luxurious apartment in great location, would definitely stay again.

The position so close to everything including train station. It was spotlessly clean, the bed, sheets and pillows were so comfortable. The shower was powerful and big and the kitchen had everything you needed.

The only very small downside was being on first floor and not double glazed there was some noise but it was not excessive.

Great place to stay for a (not so quiet) break in Malaga.

The ease of getting into the apartment was great. We could check in earlier than 1600 which was a nice surprise. The cleanliness of the apartment was good. The sweets and the chocolate in the apartment were a nice touch. The receptionist Rocio made sure we got settled in really well and her recommendation for a lunch restaurant was amazing!

The bathroom had a few hairs on the floor when we arrived which we swept up ourselves, but it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. There was quite a bit of noise at night time (we anticipated this with the proximity of the apartment to the main area). However, this meant that the 10pm to 10am quiet zone was not adhered to by passers-by. As well as this the cleaner's trolley passed the apartment at approximately 0700 in a noisy way.

Lovely spacious apartment. Well equipped with everything we needed. Great location so we could walk everywhere. Really enjoyed our stay.

very low value for the given money

the staff helped with the online checkin and the location was good.

the bed wasn’t comfy. the towels were having stains that were making to doubt about the hygiene. The iron - see in the attached picture. Is not worth the price. won’t stay here next time.

Lovely apartment next ot everything

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The property was exactly as expected and true to the photos. We had everything we needed: good-quality towels, toiletries, and a kitchen equipped with the essentials.

Everything was fine. The things that could have been better are just nice-to-haves: a little more space around the beds, an umbrella on the terrace, and towels and blankets for each occupant - we were three people in a room probably meant for two.

Perfect for our overnight stay.

We were only there for a night as we were going to catch a train early the next day. Shower/bathroom was great, there was a pull out couch for the kids, the main bedroom was nice. It was a good experience and very close to the city center and close to the beach.

It told us to go pick up the keys a few blocks from the apartment (hotel) but when we got there, they said those were the after hours instructions. So we ran around for nothing! We walked in the there was someone at reception.

Close to Port and Old town but a bit far from the beach

Close walk to old town and port area.

Quite a distance to a swimable beach. Needed to catch a bus. The bed was hard. Couldn’t check in until 4pm. Having 3 people the sofa bed, took up the lounge leaving no couch to sit on. Pretty average for the price we paid. Very noisy at night from street.

Firstly, the location was great. The lady at the reception was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the house was very clean. The bathroom and kitchen were spacious. There was plenty of storage space.

A hanger, an area where we can dry clothes after returning to the beach would be great.

The apartment was very nice with big windows, spacious rooms, great kitchen. Magalie at the reception desk was extremely nice and helpful and made sure we really enjoyed. She also gave us very good advice on many things like travelling to neighbouring cities.

Perfect stay - very closed to the center but not in the crowded center

Location , comfortable and very clean. Exceptional friendly staff with great advices! Plenty of nice restaurants with great options not as the ones in touristic part of the city.

Would be great to add a coffee machine. For early persons the coffee options (good ones) near location are opening after 8 even 9 AM

Very very disappointing

Property was advertised as 1 bedroom plus sofabed, it was not a 1 bed, it was a studio with double bed and sofabed. We are 3 adults and the room was a studio and it was not suitable for 3 adults, there was very little room to move around when the sofabed was opened up. It was almost dangerous for 3 older ladies. We paid quiet a lot for 4 nights, and would never have booked a studio if it was clearly marked on the website.
