Right in the middle of Malaga hart, few minutes from old town and 20min from La malagueta beach.

Welcome service, cleaning and balcony with was great to have morning coffee and breakfast there.

The location of the appartment was perfect and close to the Malaga center and the train station. Our host was very helpful and welcomed us with a big bottle of water and wine.

The bed was unfortunately not the most comfortable but otherwise the appartment was great for a short stay.

The location of Premium Historic Center & Parking was excellent. It was within walking distance of the main attractions and train stations, and there were markets and restaurants nearby. Before our stay, Jules contacted us, and we had very pleasant and clear communication with him. He provided us with detailed information about the apartment and other matters, and we would like to thank him once again for his kind assistance. The apartment is located on the first floor, facing the street. There is some noise from outside, but it did not disturb us significantly. The kitchenware was in good condition and did not feel old or worn out.

Finding the entrance to the building was a little difficult, so I am adding a photo of the entrance door for future guests. Since the apartment’s entrance door inside the building appears to be made mainly of wood, some noise from other residents in the building can be heard. In addition, there is a streetlight on the balcony side, positioned almost at room level, which allows quite a lot of light to enter the apartment. This may be a problem for guests who prefer complete darkness at night. Replacing or adding the balcony curtain with a blackout curtain would solve this issue.

The apartment was not too big not too small, but spacious enough. It had kitchen facilities, which was greay for us travelling with a baby. The bed was super comfortable and clean. Location was great, perfect in the city center, walking distance from all points of interest, museums, cafes etc. Altough it was on a busy street, it was not very noisy, so it was great for us. Parking also super comfortable. Host was great, waited for us to park and guided us at the apartment and she was very nice.

Unfortunately the floor we found really dirty. We have a crawling baby, and her pants were super dirty after just a few min wondering around. The bathroom also needs major renovation, the shower was leaking outside, the tap in the bathroom was broken and moving and there was a bad smell all the time. Also they were doing renovations in the building with a lot of dust and it was really hard to enter with a stroller. We would have appreciated this at least to be communicated, but we did not know and it was a bit of a bitter surprise. The reason for my lower score is the floor cleaning (needs a very deeps scrubbing and cleaning) and the bathroom needs major renovation.
