Premium Historic Center & Parking

Great appartment very close to Malaga city centre. Easy to walk everywhere. Julia is great as well, very helpfull and good contact. We were there during spains world cup victory, which was great to experience the celebrations. Parking garage is also walking distance and very easy. We enjoyed our stay very much !

At the entrance of the builiding the smell is horrible, the appartment owner cannot do anything about this probably, but the building owner should. Bit you have this in spain sometimes, also on the streets.

The apartment was not too big not too small, but spacious enough. It had kitchen facilities, which was greay for us travelling with a baby. The bed was super comfortable and clean. Location was great, perfect in the city center, walking distance from all points of interest, museums, cafes etc. Altough it was on a busy street, it was not very noisy, so it was great for us. Parking also super comfortable. Host was great, waited for us to park and guided us at the apartment and she was very nice.

Unfortunately the floor we found really dirty. We have a crawling baby, and her pants were super dirty after just a few min wondering around. The bathroom also needs major renovation, the shower was leaking outside, the tap in the bathroom was broken and moving and there was a bad smell all the time. Also they were doing renovations in the building with a lot of dust and it was really hard to enter with a stroller. We would have appreciated this at least to be communicated, but we did not know and it was a bit of a bitter surprise. The reason for my lower score is the floor cleaning (needs a very deeps scrubbing and cleaning) and the bathroom needs major renovation.
