Superb apartment , great location

The property was well situated with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Julie was lovely meeting us and explaining everything, nice touch was the bottle of local wine and water.

Well located studio apartment at edge of old town with free parking.

Excellent location, around the corner from the market and on the edge of the old town. Free parking in a dedicated secure car park 2 minutes walk away. Elevator. Washing machine. Salt, pepper and olive oil. Excellent recommendations. Julia came to meet us to guide us to the parking and apartment and had excellent communication.

Some of the cooking utensils needed a bit of a better clean. No blackout blinds and bedroom window is right beside a street lamp.

Central, cozy apartment with an easy parking place

The property is very very central and the free parking is a huge advantage. The apartment is equipped with everything you‘d need while staying and is very clean. The only downside is because there are offices in the building, it can get a bit loud but it‘s nothing to do with the property. It’s just good to note. The place is close to the old town center, a lot of places I saved on my list was within 10mins walking distance. I‘d definitely stay here if I come back to Malaga. Also big thanks to Julia, she is a great host! She is really responsive, flexible and attentive.

Favorable location in the heart of Malaga's historic center. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The building was beautiful. Contact with the owner was excellent. I will consider using the apartment again on my next visit to Malaga.

Super nice visit!

I was totally satisfied with staying in this apt during my vacation. I felt very safe as a solo traveller, which was very important for me. Julia was a great organiser and kept me updated with informations. Roza welcomed me super warmly at the apt, which was an awesome start into my vacation. The location is perfect, close to the airport and train station, just a 5 min walk into the city center, not far away from the beach. Around the corner was the famous market from malaga. It was great, reaching all the spots within a short time. The apartement, which was very clean, offered everything what you need during your stay. I totally recommend the apartement and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Julia and Roza for this nice experience. :)

Good location and great service!

- Roza and Julia were suoer friendly and easy to deal with, making checkin and checkout easy, and left us a bottle of wine! - Room is spacious - Washing machine worked great - Location is good!

Only thing was the sewerish smell. The apt has plugin air fresheners but the smell sometimes came through.

A Great Place To Stay

Perfect location, all the essentials and super kind staff

The location is excellent – close to the fantastic Atarazanas Food Market and the apartment itself is very well equipped - it has almost everything a typical traveler could possibly need. Martina was very kind and helpful, and communication was always smooth and simple.

The building is located right next to the riverbed, which makes it difficult to avoid a strong smell of humidity inside. If you're sensitive to dampness smell, this might be something to keep in mind.

Fantastic

Fantastic!! The place was impeccable. I was greeted by Julia, who took me directly to the apartment, made sure I was comfortable and knew how to use tricky electronics. The complimentary bottle of wine and beers were a lovely touch (and much appreciated)! The apartment is nestled right less than a 5min walk from the center of town, and very close to all tourist attractions. Location could not be better! All in all, it was perfect! I will def return if back in Malaga!

Great accommodation and location expertly managed.

Julia met us with keys at literally five minutes notice, she was very accommodating and went the extra mile for us, and we appreciated it very much. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on the table and everywhere was cleaned and prepared for us. Apart from Julia's helpfulness the next best thing was the location. It was so easy to walk to and had a lift which was appreciated. It was nice to be right in the heart of the city and enjoy the business of city life as well as being able to close the windows and sleep well in the airconditioned environment.

Comfortable apartment in a really good location, and with a secure parking spot!

Our friendly host, Bernadeta, went out of her way for us: she arrived a few minutes before we did, waiting for us at the parking garage associated with her property (with its capacious, easy-to-access parking spot). She walked the five minutes with us to the apartment, chatting amiably with us about the city and her experiences as a resident from away. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and spectacularly located at the edge of the historic part of the city, right near the wonderful covered public market.

The only thing to be aware of is the recycling bins across the street from the apartment: restrauteurs dispose of the glass bottles from their day's commerce into those bins, which produces a loud clatter sometimes in the wee hours. The noise was loud enough for us to wonder what was going on, but not so loud that we wouldn't stay here again. We would happily come back to this apartment!

A nice accomodation in the heart of Malaga!

The location is great, in the center of the city, as described. We had good comunication with the host -Julia (she offered us a lot of useful information). The apartment was clean and simply furbished (the photos are real). The only suggestion I can make is cleaning the rooms every few days -at least collecting the bins and swiping the floors (we had a 5 nights stay and this didn't happen).

An apparent that will grow on you in a beautiful city

The location is excellent and secure parking is as good as you can get so close to the old town center. Having a washing machine is a great bonus. The apartment is close to the market and many great eating places near by. The train station is not too far away either. Adolfo our host / contact person was extremely helpful and proficient. The welcome present was much appreciated.

First impression was a bit Humm, with some of the graffiti “art” around the place and a bit of a strange odor at the entrance, but not a big deal, as the location made up for it.

Very comfortable

Julia who is host was kind and came herself to handover keys. Location of the apartment is right at the city centre and all attractions like shopping street, fort , port and beach everything is walkable. Plenty of bars and coffees are within 5 mins walk. Apartment was very clean and cozy. No complaints and I strongly recommend short or long vacations.

Can be some doormats in the bathroom.

Everything was amazing! The location is perfect! Next to old town, restaurants and etc. beach is just 30minutes by walking! Parking is free! We do not have what to say bad about it! Because it was perfect!!! We will back for sure!!!!

Location was great and so were the facilities. Having a washing machine was very useful.

Air conditioning unit doesn’t properly reach all parts of the apartment well. No drying rack for washed clothes but we could improvise fine!

Great location. No frills but adequate basics to make for an enjoyable stay.

Very good location and the property had all the basics. It was not brilliant but there was so much in Malaga to do, we were rarely there except to prepare the occasional meal and sleep. Parking was a little complicated but we got there in the end and it was a welcome addition to have.

Coming home of an evening there was no safety lighting in the stairwells that made it feel quite unsafe.

Enjoyable stay!

Great location, just several minutes from all important places in the center of Malaga. Private parking in a garage, just two minutes from the apartment. Owner responded within minutes, directions for a self check in explained through a message to the details. Apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need for a short stay, nespresso coffees, microwave etc. Very recommendable!
