Il servizio della chiave sul telefono non ha mai funzionato, la porta si apriva solo con la chiave fisica, solo ne avevamo una per 4 persone.Aria condizionata in salone non funzionante(ci hanno detto che sarebbero venuti a vedere ma purtroppo non é mai venuto nessuno)faceva molto caldo in casa, siamo stati costretti a tenere le finestre aperte e sono entrate un sacco di zanzare.

La ubicación es buena ceca del centro histórico, el apartamento estaba muy limpio, las camas cómodas y buen material de cocina.

Fue un poco complicado la recepción de las llaves con el tema de que exigían todos los documentos de los visitantes para autorizarnos a recibirlas y luego de eso resultó muy enredado el sistema de códigos y la comunicación con el Whats App muy lente. Tuve que ir a buscar la oficina para poder entrar al apartamento.

L’emplacement est excellent, l’appartement est bien agencé et confortable. L’équipe est très réactive et au petit soin, nous avons eu un petit soucis et ils ont envoyé quelqu’un le régler le meme jour. Bref tout était bien.

Good size. Good location. Nicely furnished.

There was no hot water in the kitchen sink and very poor water pressure. They were able to fix the pressure but not the hot water during our entire stay. The remote for the temperature control would only work if you went out into the hall and aimed it at the control. We had complained about the temperature which we were unable to change but no one in admin knew how to solve it. The serviceman for the water problem figured it out. The check in instructions on where to park for check in were terrible and wasted over an hour. The remote office forgot to leave the garage key in the unit. We wasted another hour. Management refused to provide any compensation for our issues.
