Home away from home

Central location with all major amenities at walkable distance, secure building, clean apartment with all the basic facilities available. Air conditioning worked well. No issue with the hot water in shower. Prompt response for any question asked. Late check in after midnight with no issue and at no extra cost. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms meant plenty of space and super comfortable stay for 4 people. Washing machine and ironing facility was a plus and drying rack was available too. Luggage storage facility was available.

It wasn’t a huge issue for us but wifi was only working in the living room and getting disconnected frequently. Company did response quickly on reporting the issue but even restarting the router didn’t help. I didn’t chase after reporting the first time as we had our mobile data working.

Prime location

We had an amazing and wonderful stay with Botanic Suite Malaga. It was initially difficult to find the location with the Google Map but the host was very good in sending WhatsApp messeges in advance. The host was very responsive and very quick in answering all our queries. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was fully equiped with kitchenette that my family needed. It was in a prime location and everything was so near and within walking distance. We will definitely come back again. Thank you so much

Clean, well-equipped, with good air conditioning, but cramped kitchen, tiny shower cabin, poor Wi-Fi

The apartment was well located near the city centre, The apartment was well cleaned overall. The living room and the room had enough space. Air condition worked well enough. The apartment had all the necessary commodities such as cleaning accessories, garbage bags, detergents, kitchen accessories and kitchenware.

The shower cabin was terribly small. It doesn't make sence since the bathroom was bigger than the kitchen. While the kitchen had all the utilites, it was a terribly small space making it quite challeging to cook and find a way to dry the kitchenware. Wifi was very poor, near useless. Not much control over noisy neighborhood.

I wish I could stay there longer :)

The flat was excellent, tidy, cozy, and ideally located. Yet, it resided in the heart of the historic district, and the street was peaceful. We were a group of 5 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proprietors were exceptionally accommodating and attentive. Without a doubt, if given the opportunity, we would choose the same flat again! The stairway was spotless, adorned with an abundance of indoor plants, and exceptionally clean :) We extend our gratitude to the owners for a wonderful experience!

Highly Recommended! The apartment was amazing, large and the kitchen was well equipped. The equipment in the apartment was new and not worn out. The location was very good for walking around the city.

Disappointing

Location itself is really good. The apartment is in the historic old town, and every sight is easily accesible on foot.

There wasn’t any sound-proofing at all, so you could hear every noise of your neighbors. We are not that tall (around 180cm), but we felt the beds were too small for us. We were 3 people in a 4 bed room apartment, but we only had blankets and sheets for 2 people. The beds were uncomfortable, not just because of their small size, but also because of the low quality mattress. The hairdryer wasn’t working. There was an issue at checking in. We asked for a parking slot when we booked the apartment, but when we arrived and noticed the owner that we would be coming by car, he said to us there was no parking space available. In the end, we sent to him our previous conversation and voila' a parking space was available.

Comfortable beds and pillows, clean, spacious, well decorated, all whats needed there, beautiful in and out, amazing area quite yet central. Responsive host and very lovely cleaning lady.

a great place to stay as a family, at easy reach of main attractions in Málaga. Everything was clean and tidy. The hostess was extremely helpful in giving us guidance on how to arrive at the location by car.

Good

The apartment was bright. There was a small welcome present (beverage, coffee), some basic cooking ingredients (salt, olive oil...) in the kitchen. There is an elevator which was very useful for us since we travelled with a stroller.

The apartment had this weird odor as if someone smoked in there for years before renovating. I didn't like the check-in procedure, with which they started bugging me several days before our arrival. The website where I had to put in the ID details might have been safe but there is nothing mentioned on the booking.com about this.

Disappointing

Great location

The major problem was that if I tried to run the airconditioning of the upstairs bedroom, the whole apartment fuse would blow. It being very hot during my stay in August, we ended up not using the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. This needs to be fixed The wifi was not working initially but was fixed after it was re-started the next day

I had problems finding the location by car because if you use the parking services it's a resident drive-in-only street and the people on WhatsApp stopped answering when I asked for confirmation. Arriving and getting access to the garage it's a bit tricky if you are alone you need to leave your car blocking a very narrow street and find your way downstairs, later even ended up opening the door to another client (family) at 00h30 doing the check-in because of the key system/maze). Also, the hotel failed to say that the check-out of the parking was the same schedule as the apartments, which lead me to have to leave Málaga downtown earlier than expected and ended up with the feeling of paying for a service I didn't quite get. And didn't enjoy the "ton" of host messages with words such as "comply" to explain this misunderstanding.

Great place, I'd definitely stay here again!

Vary spacious, clean, and comfortable. Located on a quiet side street away from the noise and hustle of Malaga but just a short walk to where you want to be. Nice and quiet in the building as well with a beautiful atrium. Easy to communicate with staff.

The place is not clearly marked. Nitpicking but a table or something to place things on in the bathroom would be helpful.

Great central location in Malaga. Clean spacious apartment in a lovely character filled building. Didn’t meet staff but very easy communication.
