Nice Modern C entral

A very central location with easy access to all attractions. A very clean comfortable appartment.

Not clear when booking A. What appartment will look like. They manage a lot of apartments and in our case as experienced renters,we misunderstood what we were booking. B. The 150 euro security deposit was a suprise , email notification just before stay although it is mentioned on property details at the very end if you look hard. It seems to be applied fairly but I think a couple of clear notices in Kitchen regarding cleaning / waste / breakages etc would eliminate need for deposit.

Very well equipped unit, ours was just off the road, and an excellent walking location to everything…old town, Port area, shopping.

A little noisy at night but that was just people outside. Anywhere close to everything would be the same.

Above every expectation!

Everything went well. The reception was warm and welcoming. They continued to provide assistance or advice whenever needed. The room and location were perfect (in the city, but not a noisy street). We will certainly be visiting them again. Above expectations!

Extremely easy to find, staff were very efficient and approachable. Appartment was immaculate and absolutely ideal for 4 of us staying for 3 days. Easy walking distance to everything.

Very pleasant accommodation in centre of Malaga , perfect for a city break. 2 car parks nearby

Central to everything . Very clean. Comfortable , we only stayed 2 nights but could have stayed longer . We didn’t cook but everything was there had we wanted to.

Only slight issue was noise in the street however it was a Saturday night in the middle of Malaga so to be expected .. we were aware of this before we booked

Perfect location for the city. Great local bars and tapas on same road. Easily walkable from station. Staff at reception were very helpful.

Lovely apartment

Very well equipped

Having to take your own rubbish out to the public trash bins. Otherwise, you got a penalty. The noise was very bad from the upstairs apartment. We were kept awake until 4am both nights, apparently we should have complained.... who to !!!!!

The location was great very central for all our needs

There was a couple of points I did not like at all we was on a 7 day holiday and I have never ever had to pay for towels anywhere I have stayed I think it’s unreasonable to ask guests to pay for a change of towels in fact I found that embarrassing also when I requested or asked the question about emptying waste bins in my apartment I was told that service was not provided and I had to take my own waste down to the recycling bin down the street this is totally unacceptable especially for me a 68 year old man with disabilities finally and only a small point but I also think that bath robes should be provided and as the bathroom has no window that plug in air fresheners should also be placed in that area but apart from those issued all in all a great apartment but to charge €10 for change of towels half way through the holiday is not what I expect from a high end apartment

Fantastic apartment ruined by antisocial behaviour which is outwith any control of Pinar Apartments.

Apartment was exactly as stated. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Central location.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the actual property however the street was exceptionally noisy throughout the whole of every night we stayed with antisocial behaviour keeping us awake.

Location, right on the edge of the old city so everything was walkable. Fabulous view of Cathedral tower. Modern 2 bed & 2 en suite apartment with lift access. Upstairs bedroom a little warm but v spacious with roof window & en suite. If staying longer & cooking, a dishwasher may be useful. Seating in the lounge is one sofa & 2 foot stalls plus dining chairs. A comfy armchair would be good if 3 or more guests. Do hear people return late & cleaners so wear ear plugs if light sleeper.

Comfortable, relaxing stay in the perfect location.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with balcony on the first floor facing the street. The space was not exactly like the photos but there are many variations of apartments managed by this company. We were nevertheless delighted with our stay and plan to stay again the next time we’re in the city. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen space. Although the bathroom was a bit snug, the shower itself was spacious and lovely to use. The bedroom overlooked the inner courtyard and had good soundproofing so we slept really well. We were not bothered by the street noise at all, Carreteria is a lovely vibrant street and we had a great view from the lovely balcony. The cafes, bars and coffee shops opposite the apartments are excellent. The communal areas inside the apartment were clean and security was good. The reception staff were charming and helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Pinar.

Amazing apartment / Location

Lovely spacious clean apartment, good response from the company if you need anything. Location was perfect, walking distance (5-10mins for all of the old town bars and restaurants).

That you need to wash your own towels if your staying less than 8 days, and if you want clean ones (without doing it yourself), it was 5 euro per person for new towels. But not really an issue, the apartment building had a communal washing machine room with washing powder provided.

Very expensive, for a room that felt more like a storage place. Moist issues in the apartment you could see the walls were expanding in the bottom and paint was falling off.

We went as a big group and we felt extremely welcomed. We knew already from other reviews that it could get quite noisy.

The Apartments were very clean and big. They are in a very good location, very close to the centre. The staff is also very nice and helpful with everything.

The biggest issue is that, in the Apartments with 2 bedrooms, one is in the upper floor and gets extremely hot. However, by turning up the AC, the people sleeping downstairs get extremely cold. The upper floor should really have an own AC.

A great place to stay, had everything we could need and so close to the centre!

Exceeded expectations. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed; air conditioning, really comfortable beds, a washing machine and a safe. Kitchen was well equipped, big fridge and freezer. Perfect location, a very short walk to the centre and all the restaurants. There was always someone very helpful at reception for any questions we had.

Really good location and big apartment

The place was well located and central, but the street was very noisy — you could hear everything, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Another thing to keep in mind is that you need to bring your own beach towel, as the accommodation doesn’t provide one.

The apartments location was handy to the main attractions. We were able to walk to everything easily. It was well set up with all facilities that we needed. The bed was comfortable. Having a washing machine was a bonus. Having the Reception next door for check in was good.
