Good quiet location, we would happily stay here again if we returned to Malaga

Excellent location for my husband & I to explore Malaga for a few days. We pre-booked the private parking which we found without any difficulty, as directions were provided, it felt safe & secure leaving the car then and about a 5 min walk to the apartment Apartment was clean, spacious and spread over 2 floors as we had booked the top floor apartment with jacuzzi. Excellent private sun terrace on top floor There was a lift so we didn't have to carry cases up the stairs.

Laundry Facilities are shared on ground floor, I prefer a washer in the apartment. Lower bedroom more noisy from other guests and jacuzzi rumbling in the night. From memory i don't think we were able to access any TV that was in English

The location was superb, the apartment was clean and very nice and fitted 5 person very well. The jacuzzi and terrace were extraordinary! Parking was nearby

There weren’t hamgers or hooks for coats in the lobby. The locks of the toilets didn’t work. There were noices from other apartment so the soundproofing is not so good.

Grear, quiet location for exploring the old town

The apartment is right in the old town of Malaga, but it is in a more quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful space. Everything within the walking distance. Paid parking only two blocks away.

Location was great and apartment was very clean. Beds were comfortable

Some facilities were a bit odd. Bathroom doors didn’t lock. Upstairs bathroom was open so no privacy at all. The ensuite bathroom downstairs did not have a bathmat and the size of the sink in every bathroom was ridiculously small! Aircon are placed in unusual locations so rooms didn’t cool down as much as we would’ve liked. No oven in the property

Location was perfect, apartment was clean and building was quiet. Laundry facilities were perfect.

Property would benefit from an oven and better lighting in internal staircase as very dark at night. Terrace was nice although furniture rusty with tables needing replaced. Hot tub water didn’t look that clean. Some towels in apartment were old and grey and needing replaced. These issues above did not stop us enjoying our stay and are only meant as observations that owners may wish to consider. We would recommend to others.

Lovely well located apartment

(Stayed in one of the top floor apartments.) Fantastic location on a quiet traffic-free street very close to the heart of town. Very spacious. Decent size roof terrace - with a jacuzzi! Stylish interior. Quite well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Secure luggage storage on ground floor. Appreciated the pod for the coffee machine (would’ve appreciated more!) and that there were sun umbrellas and mats to take to the beach. The Mexican place on the corner sold takeaway beer after supermarkets stopped selling alcohol, and the little fruit and veg shop supplied all our needs.

The apartment lock gave us some trouble when we arrived late at night so we had to phone the emergency number, but it was sorted quickly. The terrace had a bit of a drain smell a lot of the time. Bit of nighttime noise but probably less than most central Malaga apartments. Minor things - would stay again without hesitation.

The appartment was very nice. I loved the themed decoration. A lot of attention to detail and the coffee machine and pods were a great bonus. Location is central with cafes, restaurant and a supermarket just round the corner. They also have a laundry room and a place to store your luggauge if you have a late flight.

Not really a negative, but I would say the apartment is not suitable for families with young children. Some of the interiors in the apartment are not very functional. For example the console table at the entrance looks nice, but is quite wobbly so you have to be careful what you put on it. The lamp shades are quite fragile, so again you need to be very careful with them. If your little ones are inquisitive, there could be some accidents!

It was truly a lovely apartment — clean and quiet. We felt very comfortable and at ease.

I really liked the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, as well as the decoration and the amenities provided. Although it wasn’t close to the beach, it was within walking distance of many spots in the city. It’s a great location for those who enjoy the lively evenings of Málaga.

The distance from the beach was a downside. Also, although this is not directly related to the facility itself, the streets leading to it were dirty and had a bad smell. It would have been better if there had been a dishwasher in the apartment.

Absolutely great place! Had everything we needed and was enough space for the 2 of us :) Love the balcony and windows - which also were blackout for sleeping which is really helpful

Only downside is the walls are quite thin and you can hear a lot. Personally didn't bother me though but my friend woke up a few times during the night

The apartment is spot on! It’s super quiet, but you’re just a stone’s throw away from the main hub. There’s a lovely outdoor space, and everything’s spotless. They’ve got plenty of towels, kitchen essentials, and toiletries. Plus, the entrance is key-free, which is a real plus.

We found the property fabulous for a couple on a long stay, it suited us perfectly. However 4/6 people staying longer than a couple nights might find it somewhat cramped.

Perfect stay in Malaga

Perfect place to stay in Malaga! ❤️ the check-in was easy and fully digitized! There were lockers in the building, so we were able to leave our luggage there as we arrive early. The apartament was super clean, fully equipped and perfectly located to the old town. Next time in Malaga we would also choose this place :)

The apartment is close to the city center. You can walk to the main attractions. The apartment is spacious, and the building is clean and quiet.

Fantastic - book it today you won’t regret it

We have just had a lovely stay (April 25). The location of the apartment is perfect - 30 second stroll to a Main Street, but quiet in the night so not disturbed by people returning after a night ou. The fittings and cleanliness of the apartment are exceptional, lots of lovely quirky features particularly in the bathrooms. Our son loved the hot tub on the terrace and it was a great place to relax after a long day exploring the streets. You are surrounded by so many places to eat and drink - spoiled for choice. Thanks to Laura who provided us with lots of information prior to arrival on how we accessed the property but also on how to use the appliances. Overall if you want to visit the historic part of Malaga you could not choose a better property - book today you won’t regret it!

Perfect location, well equipped, beautifully designed, felt very Spanish! The hot tub was a real luxury. Our teenager had so much space to chill in his own space. Absolutely loved the whole experience

Quite expensive for an average apartment with a good location.

Laura, the host, was very responsive whenever we called her or send a message.

The bedroom does not have a window. Washing machines are placed in the room next to the bedroom. It was impossible to sleep if they were running. There was limited space in the bathroom to put your stuff (Laura promised to fix that for the next guests).

Loved the roof top terrace with hot tub. The location was super, as it was easy walk to the cathedral, Picasso museum, sea front, shops etc. Yet it felt local too where we stayed which we loved. Really loved the little coffee shop on Carreteria Street. Amazing coffee and lovely staff.

The unit was very nice and the pictures were accurate in describing the unit. Linen and towels were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked. Shower was great with no lack of hot water. The host provided a book which helped with locations of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Best host ever.

Home from Home - very comfortable, safe and near all the attractions.

The great communication between the property owner. With the apartment being on the ground floor, there was really good security and good locks for windows and doors. We felt very safe. Loved the little patio outside we could sit in to read a book or just relax after a long day sightseeing. The location was fantastic as it was just 8-10mins to most of the main attractions and shops.

We loved the apartment. I would just highlight the following as potential call out and recommendations: a) The small bathroom shower was very tight and difficult to move in. However, we took turns using the shower in the main bathroom, and it was great having the second bathroom for the use of the toilet and hand sink. b) Would love a toaster to be added to the kitchen for breakfast option in the morning. c) Add a mirror to the twin bedroom to allow ladies to do hair. There was a mirror in every room but that one. Also, they were just a little to high up on the wall and difficult to use for a 5 ft lady. Ha, Ha!

We loved the location which was just outside of the old wall and still in the heart of the neighborhood of restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries. It is a beautiful building with an amazing mural and we had a rooftop terrace. The two bedroom unit gave us plenty of space.
