Uninhabitable & Unsafe: No Electricity, No Heat, No Water. Host Negligent.

The refund was eventually processed by Booking.com, but only after they intervened because the host refused to help voluntarily.

This was a disaster. We had to be relocated between two different units managed by this company, and both were defective. 1. The First Apartment: Uninhabitable due to a strong sewage smell, blocked drains, inconsistent hot water, and unannounced heavy construction noise. 2. The "Upgrade" Apartment: The replacement unit was meant to be a fix, but it was worse. Water Failure: We had no running water for multiple days during our stay. Power Failure: The electricity failed completely on our final day. No lights, no heating, and no hot water in winter with a 4-year-old child. 3. Pattern of Host Negligence: The emergency response was shocking and part of a pattern of bad service. throughout the stay, the host was unresponsive to basic requests (towels/bedding) and defensive when problems arose. Blame-Shifting: When critical utilities failed, they tried to blame us for the problems rather than sending help. Emergency Failure: When the power went out, they offered no proactive help, only telling us to fix it ourselves. When that failed, they left a family with a small child in a dark, freezing apartment for hours on a holiday. Their only final solution was suggesting we move back to the previous defective apartment. 4. Misleading "4-Star" Rating: This listing is marketed as a 4-star property, but that claim is disconnected from reality. A 4-star experience implies reliability and safety. This property could not even guarantee basic utilities. We had to vacate to a hotel for safety. The host refused a refund, claiming they "upgraded" us. Avoid this company if you value basic utilities or safety.

It was very hot in Málaga so I enjoyed the cool and quiet in the apartment for much needed siesta and quiet nights

Comfortable,clean ,and quiet in the middle of a hot summer.. Easy access to everything, area full of cafes,restaurants, and a short walk into main sights and attractions

Being on the ground floor there was no view ,and people walking by could easily see into windows so I kept the blinds down mostly

The apartment was at ground level, very dark, one bedroom was totally claustrophobic very small and no windows, the other “bedroom “ was opened to the living room with no privacy.

Great place to stay in central Malaga

Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped, in great location, safe and very quiet by night.

Only a minor issue with facilities for drying clothes - there was a washing machine but no dryer and nowhere to dry clothes outdoors. This did not detract from our enjoyment of our stay in Coverlin apartments though - we would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

The apartment was near city center and had all you need for short stay. there was nice bathroom. and also AC and parking space.

It was a bit difficult to get to the apartment, which was on the ground floor with view to street to anyone can see inside. There was not separate bedroom so there is no privacy.

Very convenient location right in the city centre, but in a closed building with a yard and very quiet. Convenient self check-in and self registration. Apartments are nice and well equipped.

Great place to stay in Málaga.

Everything was great. Clean, spacious, great facilities and location. Whatever we might needed and asked was taken care by the property. Many thanks to the Nicaraguan guy (forgot his name) who took care of our apartment and he was so kind and professional always. We would definitely stay there again.

During our stay at nights some cocroaches appeared always in the bathroom. We informed the property the 1st day and they immediately sent someone to spray. Even though the problem wasn't really resolved, we survived. It wasn't problem of cleaning as the apartment was extremely clean.

The location right in the city centre but with no street noise at all. Excellent management and cleaning services. The appartment has everything you might need (and more) It has also been very recently refurbished. Very good quality for the price.

Comfortable and luxurious apartment next to the city center

Spacious and clean apartment in a gated apartment building. Very quiet, even with two clubs down the street. All relevant sights, bars, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance. Comfortable shower, big L-shaped couch, huge TV, modern air conditioning, kitchen includes dish washer and washing machine. Window shutters allow for total darkness.

A few more glasses and a Senseo/Nespresso coffee maker would be nice, but that's all I can think of.

It was clean, confortable, in reality it was like the description in the photos, 5min from malaga centro, and the most important things is the good communication with the staff, i love it so much

It will be good if their is more kitchenette équipements, like blinder, coffee machin...
