Avoid at all costs! Disgusting place, disgusting staff repsonse.

Absolutely nothing. It was horrendous. We stayed the first night because we had to and checked into a new place as soon as we could. It was filthy… everywhere. The apartment was not as advertised on booking.com at all. It was very very noisy within the building all night (the street noise was to be expected obviously) but people were screaming and running up and down the stairs until 4am in the building. The duvet was covered in blood and urine stains, the sofa was so filthy we couldn’t even sit on it, the showers were dirty and so were the towels and linen. Also got ignored by the host when I complained about the state of the property. There are so many other places for the same budget price. Partly my fault for not reading the bad reviews before but still unbelievable that people rent out properties like this. It was absolutely disgusting and made our holiday stressful. Avoid at all costs.

Everything. It was repulsive. If you want a nice holiday that’s stress free do not book with this accommodation it’s absolutely vile.

Enjoyed it but stair took its toll

3rd floor apartment and no lift .No really suitable for older people Advertised as having two bathroom . There were two toilets , twos showers one basin basically in one room. There was a sliding door separating a toilet and showers but did not offer much privacy. Ok for a family but not really suitable for a group of friends. We only used it one person at a time.

Excellent location near all the main shops and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Also a lovely view overlooking the cathedral. Very spacious apartment and lots of room with an excellent outside space. Also has 2 shower rooms and large bedrooms.

It is little outdated and one of the showers leaks water but overall is good value for money. Apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs.

Amazing location - very friendly hosts

Fantastic location right next to shops and bars. Just off Calle Larios - Main Street. Beds were comfy - lovely and clean - good facilities. Hosts were very helpful on arrival. Right by the cathedral.

Quite a hike up the stairs if past the second floor as no lift.

Be great to have a few extra pillows , we have very sore necks due to lack of pillows . Also a few more cups and glasses , it sleeps 6 people but there isn’t enough crockery for 6 people . Also maybe a few basic things like sugar and milk , just so people can have a drink when they arrive . Just suggestions . Thank you .

The worst I have experienced! Unable to stay in the property, had additional cost to stay in hotel.

Nothing good - unable to stay at the property! There was a strong odour of dampness and drain smells. It was noticeable as soon as we entered the apartment. The bathrooms really smelt bad. The sofa was very dirty with dirt patches and crumbs. I contacted the host, who was very unhelpful as it was the weekend. Therefore, no refund or compensation.

Our stay was good, but the apartment was a little tired and the cleanliness was poor

Fantastic location - right in the centre and near to everything. Apartment was a good size for us - 4 adults and 2 children . Air conditioning was very good and much needed . Although down a busy side street we didn't hear any noise at night

The cleanliness on arrival was poor. Floors were dirty especially in the shower areas . Limited kitchen facilities if you do decide to eat in and NO corkscrew. We had to go to the bar below to open our bottle of wine! There were dirty utensils in the cutlery tray when we arrived The towels were old and threadbare although there were plenty of them The apartment said it had 2 bathrooms which is why we booked but this was a joke as the second bathroom ( toilet and shower) was only accessed through the other bathroom and cordoned off with a sliding door with no lock on and no lock on the other door .

The apartment has the MINIMUM necessary for your stay. While all other apartments we booked through this site would have either toiletries or coffee/tea/sugar for your first morning (all of them were very nice), this one had nothing. The towels were very rough and smelled funny. The beds had very thin sheets and there wasn’t any blanket in the entire apartment. The pillows need to be retired. The wifi almost didn’t work unless you stayed by the door (one modem per floor?), but if you tried to connect somewhere else, wifi signal didn’t exist. The TV signal was spotty, and someone had left the TV in a diff language. We are tech savvy, we could have changed it, but we needed the TV remote that was nowhere to be found. There is no elevator, so you will need to carry your suitcases upstairs.

Great central location -but bedrooms not configured per Booking.com ad and key handover difficult.

Very central location between cathedral and main shopping street, Calle Larios handy for historic town and harbour with lots of restaurants and tapas bars nearby. Great authentic tapas bar opposite and above 2 good restaurants.

Obtaining the keys was difficult as there were no instructions in advance on how to obtain the keys and had to call the owner who spoke little or no English and required using google translate to discover the keys were held by staff in restaurant below the apartment. Also no instructions for dropping off the keys at the end of our stay and restaurant we'd picked up keys was not open. Recommend owner organise a keysafe for the future and simply provide safe combination via Booking .com or text. Also the apartment was not as described (should have been 2 beds with singles and one double. Instead one of the bedrooms only had a single bed with a separate pull out bed which sat 4cm above the floor and no bedding for that auxillary bed and no room to walk around the bedroom either). We were told our original apartment was double booked. Not something you want to find out on arrival given it was booked several months prior not last minute. Bin in kitchen had not been emptied ahead of our arrival.

An excellent location. Two bathrooms were very much needed with teenage kids.The air con was excellent too.

The apartment was slightly disappointing as we expected a more roomy terrace and cigarette butts from previous occupants were not lifted. The sofa was grubby. Some pillows and mattresses were old and need replaced. The shower screen in one bathroom didn't prevent water running out onto bathroom floor.

Perfect for our family weekend break in malaga

Location is perfect, right in the centre and so near to everything. nice balconies in the lounge area to look out at the street. Enough space for 5 people, the owner very helpful/friendly, he let us stay a bit longer until check out and keep bags in the apartment which was very good. beds were comfy. Plenty on plug sockets.

The first night was very noisy and didn't get much sleep, maybe there was an event on downstairs in the restaurant. Slightly dated. Drains smell unless you put plug over sinks.

Christmas lights weekend.

Location is great, just off Larios. Very easy to navigate around. The street is between the Etam and Rayban shops on Larios. Restaurants and bars in abundance. Landlord waited for us as our flight was delayed. Arrived 00.30 am. Apartment lovely and warm and 2 sets of keys between the 4 of us. We requested a lower flat as one of the party had a damaged knee. Very pleased we were allocated one on 1st floor. Would use this property again.

Slight smell via the bathroom sink. Solved it by keeping sink plug in.

Disappointing.

The lady who came to clean the apartment was very pleasant and helpful. Location was very good. Christmas lights show was impressive.

Apartment not available when we arrived. Gave us another(not very clean) apartment and told we would have to move the following day. Preparing for bed, noticed a mark through the sheet, pulled bedding back, huge burn in the mattress. Rang host, moved us to another(not very clean) apartment,told us it would be cleaned in the morning!!! Host seemed to think it was my fault for noticing the burn and that 'no one had told him'. No natural light in living area, blind covering the only window had no cords and couldnt be opened.
