Great location very quiet. Apartment could do with updating especially shower cubicle , shortage of glasses, toilet paper, hangers, pillows , kitchen cloths.

The property was clean and perfecty located to explore this beautiful city. Staff at the office were friendly and helpful. Beds were really comfy. The inclusion of essentials like soap/shower gel/washing up liquid etc was useful for a short stay. There was no oven, only a microwave. The square is lively at night with a bar opposite, but bedrooms are at the back of the flat and with doors & shutters closed the noise is not disturbing. We loved our stay. Thank you

We spent 6 days in the apartment recently and our overall experience was good. I would say the apartment was furnished with the bare minimums but for us it worked. We ate out every night so didn’t have to cook but there were definitely no extras. The beds were great and a/c was great! It was very clean and the location was excellent on a small street in the old part of the city. There is a night club nearby, but the noise really doesn’t reach to the bedrooms so it wasn’t a problem. The management staff was very quick to respond if we needed them. The major complaint I have is the check in process. You have to find the management office, get the keys, then walk with your bags about 10 mins to the apartment.!Parking is a problem and driving to the location is next to impossible due to road work and small pedestrian only streets. It was frustrating and my Spanish in-laws were beyond annoyed. I think being a little better informed ahead of time would have helped us. The roads are easily walkable with a wheel suitcase so it’s not really a big deal to walk the distance from management office to apartment it’s just confusing the first time. The apartment was very clean and cute although the couch and chairs are a bit tired. The decorations were really cute and the overall feel of the place was cozy and clean. We all agreed it was fairly basic but good. I would rent this place again as the location is fantastic and it met all our needs. It is about a 20 min walk to the beach.

Iloftmalaga, located in the heart of Malaga, is the perfect spot to stay, it is close to museums, bars, restaurants, and shops. But I needed to mention some details related to the admin itself. They were always attentive and very responsive when I made an inquiry. First, my disappointment started when I was misleading regarding the parking availability. The facility does not count with a parking as it was announced on the advertisement for the rental apartment, and I found that out the hard way upon our arrival and after we had contracted our rental car for our stay. Then, Iloftmalaga offered a discount in the local Parkgrund system. BIG DIFFERENCE! But it is still expensive. Second, they provided you with the rental address, but they failed to mention in their advertisement that you will need to pick up the keys in a different location. Prepare yourself to walk carrying your luggage in downtown Malaga. On the other hand, the property pictures are fantastic, bedrooms were comfortable and clean; however, the reality, is a little bit deceiving. The kitchen was not functional and lacked the utensils that you would expect on your vacation. Bathroom stalls were loose, water ran freely day and night, and the shower controls were broken. The internet and the entertainment area are not worth mentioning. There was no reliable internet.
