The location is great. Everything is walking distance. All the basic necessities in an apartment is there. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom but i would suggest an electric fan for the sofa bed as well as we turned off the AC at night (get sniffles when AC on whole night). We can open the door for some air but can be noisy at night time.
All is good except of the noise from people at night time walking and drunk - bit of an annoyance.

Location was perfect . In the city centre and 15 minutes walk to the beach . Buses 10 minutes
Could do with some consumables , salt n pepper and tea bags t get you started .
