good location near to the bus station
It was reasonable but not all the appliances worked.

Location is so convenient, near the bus and train stations. We walked to the beach for 20 minutes. Apartment was small but useful and comfortable, we had a terrace.
The stove did not work properly.

Got all information for check-in in time, could enter with doorcode
Room smelt moldy, kitchen surface was sticky. Room was ground floor with only window onto street with bus stop right in front, so didn't feel safe to open blinds with our stuff lying openly. Didn't have "free" parking, was just in an area with free street parking, but had to park 6min walk away in some side alley.
Terrace was just a table on a communal terrace walking past 3 other rented rooms.
