El Racimo Apartments

The location was great (all major markets and stores are at a very short walking distance; very easy to reach the old town). Air conditioning worked flawlessly; internet worked great too. For the most part, it looks just like in the pictures: modern, clean, very well designed. The hosts are communicative and try their best to solve problems. There were renovations going on in the building, but the hosts were very clear about it from the beginning and offered us a generous discount or relocation to a similar room to avoid the discomfort. The pillows were hard and small but the bed itself was comfortable. The moka pot wasn't working with the stove, but the hosts brought a new one that worked great before our last day.

While the flat is clearly newly renovated, there are many things failing or outright broken: no place to hang wet towels in the bathroom (the hook is broken); the clothes rack in the room is bent and twisted - we only had very light clothes but feared it would fall over the bed any day. There is no storage or place to store your things away. The light on the nightside lamp on the left was broken; while the mechanism of the door handle worked, most of it was held by lose bolts and about to fall; it is also dangerously too close to the door frame - while opening the door from outside you need to be careful to not snap your fingers between the metal handle and the door frame. The kitchen is functional but the induction stove overheats extremely quickly; the air extractor doesn't work - it pushes the air and smoke to the side instead of sucking it up (cooking with open windows is a must); there are no mugs nor tea cups, only espresso ones. The water boiler doesn't seem to work properly - sometimes after a shower it would just be quiet and do its job; other times it would start making very strong noises for over an hour, like it would explode (a technician had to come the next day to fix it - but a few days later it happened again). There is no proper place to eat - the most suitable "table" is a tiny MDF block against a wall between two windows; it does fit two plates but eating against a wall is weird. Sitting at the sofa to eat in the tea table wasn't comfortable. The TV is huge and looks great but due to the wooden decorative slabs between the bed and the sofa it's impossible to rotate it fully to be a comfortable watch - neither from the bed nor from the sofa. We informed about all of these issues but only the moka pot and the boiler were looked at - everything else remained as-is. Which is a shame, because it would not be hard to bring the comfort level to the same level of the looks.

Very comfortable stylish new apartment with all the necessities for a great five night stay. The roof top area was a nice change is scene . Just a few minutes walk from the beautiful old town ( over the river ) and approx 30 minutes walk to the beach( other side of the old town) . It was interesting watching the locals getting on with every day life from the balconies.

No breakfast, location was good.

Clothesrail provided was certainly not up the standard of everything else in the Apartment as it collapsed onto the bed.

La calidad y el buen gusto de las instalaciones las cuales son practicamente a estrenar. El gran tamaño de la habitacion.

Todo fue perfecto, solo le falta un par de cosas minimas, las cuales fueron de buen recibo por parte de los propietario quienes se encargarian de mejorarlas, per repito, nada que empañe la excelencia del alojamiento.
